very good people to work with

From the time of my first call, this was a very good experience. Steve Bielski came to my home, measured my yard and came up with a detailed plan of the irrigation system that they were proposing. He spent time with me explaining the Rainbird product and the parts and procedures that his company would use. I have a lawn that is approximately 5,000 square feet and his proposal came to a total of $2,840. This included 8 zones and all necessary plumbing, etc. Steve was very professional, and I was impressed with him and his product. Ultimately, I chose a competitor to do the job because of a lower price. Looking back, I might have chosen Steve, as the company that I hired did not quite meet my expectations, although they did do a good job (they only installed 6 zones, and 8 really would have provided better coverage).

Steve is very professional to work with. I called him to tell him what I needed and he directly contacted my deck builder to coordinate his work. He moved the sprinkler heads at the same time as turning my sprinkler system on so it saved me money. When the deck builder was digging holes in the ground for the deck posts they looked at the exisitng sprinkler lines and mentioned that the sprinkler system that was installed was of very high quality.

For the most part, I'm satisfied with the work and installation. Steve is very professional and his supervisors were good to work with. They did have to come out a couple times after the install to "fine tune" the sprinkler heads, but I assume that is expected with this type of work. My only disappointment is there continues to be a spot in the yard that doesn't seem to get enough water even though they put in a larger sprinkler head. Steve said they would come out this spring (2010) to look at it again and see what they can do. I'll follow up in the spring with additional information.

I called Steve to set up an appointment. When I mentioned that I had a Spec sheet, he began questioning me on it. I said when you come, we can discuss it specifically. I had said there was a possibility of add-on business. Then he wanted me to call a meeting before the Assoc [my having explained that it was NOT an association program.] so that he could speak to all of us. I mentioned that there would be other bidders. He seemed to not like this. I think he was afraid of competition and did not want to accept my Spec. In the end, after setting up an appointment, he called me back & decided to cancel. His attitude was one of abruptness and 'it must be done his way' Having been a Purchasing Agent for 20 years, this is the type of company that would not get any business & not survive

I am making this additional report because it is such a rarity to find this level of customer service. Like so many others, I have had my share of poor customer service issues from other companies. It is one thing for the company to fulfill it's contract but sterling customer service like this has to be recognized. Steve's assistance and courtesy has helped me in stressful circumstances and he always offers advice or referrals to people knowledgeable about lawn care. This story is just to confirm that this is a company that makes the customer the highest priority.

They were pretty responsive. They came out fairly quick. They came out a couple times to make sure everything was working well. The person we talked to over the phone was very knowledgeable.

Exceptional service and capabilities. Steve Bielski was very responsive to do the estimate then squeezed my job in the same day as they were ending their instillation season. Very good crew (especially Tom the crew chief). They modified my sprinkler system by adding three new heads, relocating one, and raising four others. They solved several problems, our association sprinkler people could not. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Spoke with Steve at Clearwater, telling him how disappointed I was with my past irrigation service company and how I was looking for a company that would service their customers. He was very personable and professional. They came out within a day, checked the leak, fixed it and adjusted all of our sprinkler heads for the summer watering season. Turns out they do a lot of work in my neighborhood, which gives me confidence.

Steve Bielski went over the design of the system with my husband and I in detail. He kept us informed as permits were issued and utilities marked. The installation crew was professional and hardworking. The installation was complete within 1 day and ahead of schedule. Steve came over after the installation and reviewed how to work the control panel. The company also sends a notice to have your system blown-out in the fall.

I worked with Steve Bielski for getting my irrigation system installed. Steve worked very well with my landscaping company and sodding company. Their proposal was very professional. They showed up on time and finished the entire work in a day. They cleaned up after they left. Steve came to my place to explain how everything worked and helped me in setting up the system for my new lawn and landscaping. My new lawn was having minor problems and they sent a guy to my home on the same day to make sure that every area of the lawn is being watered. I am very happy with the price as well as quality of work performed by clear water irrigation. I found them very profession and trust worthy. They have done many homes in my neighborhood.

I was told this company could coordinate the timing with the sod company so the sod would be installed a couple days after the irrigation system was installed. This company is the one who referred the sod company. The timing was critical for us and that is why we chose this company. The referral this company provided has put us in this bad situation.

EASY TO WORK WITH. WORK WELL DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY HAVE DONE THE IRRIGATION FOR ABOUT 10 OF OUR NEIGHBORS AS WELL.
