The company stated it does not service systems where the control box is in the basement. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry.

They did a great job 👍 Highly recommend them to any one that needs work done on their sprinkler systems.

Efficient work, friendly staff, sprinkler heads were adjustments properly. Clearwater has done work for us for many years. They ended up repairing one area head in a zone that would have been a problem at blow out time.

Emailed the company to schedule some maintenance/repair work - but the owner replied that they "regretfully" are no longer accepting new clients.

Steve was quick to respond and provide us with a quote to get a sprinkler system installed on our 1/2 acre lot. He was very personable and easy to work with. His crew was able to come out to our house within a few weeks and installed the whole system in a day. It was amazing to watch 50+ sprinklers go in so quickly. Before they left, they worked with both my husband and I to make sure we understood how to connect to the controller and adjust the programs. Steve followed up with a phone call to ensure we felt equipped. I'm very happy we decided to go with Clearwater and look forward to hiring them for additional services in the future.

Excellent. Left a message on Friday for Steve, promptly called and came on Saturday. Fixed the sprinkler head with no cost to us. Steve installed our sprinkler system and in 2011. We have always had prompt service and friendly service people, Would highly recommend Steve and his company.

Steve and his crew were amazing.....especially last year when they had to readjust everything they’d completed the year before as well as work around another company’s projects, equipment and crew that were here working at the same time!! Plus the weather conditions were less than ideal with lots of mud and several pop-up storms. Even with all this, they accomplished everything they promised and on schedule. They even checked back once all the various projects were completed to make sure things were working properly. Absolutely top notch and I’m a perfectionist so that’s saying quite a lot!

Messaged them on Tuesday evening. They called minutes later to set up the time and price for the following morning. They were on time and kind and friendly. Got it done quickly so we could get to work on time. Went great! Would recommend

Steve was great to work with - great communication and very responsive. He coordinated with my landscapers and the project was done when promised. Steve personally walked me through how to operate the system controls and made sure I was set up for success. I'm happy.

I got a few bids for our new sprinkler system. After meeting with Steve, the owner, I immediately decided to go with Clearwater. We have a 1-acre lot with many terraces and flower beds. I was thoroughly impressed with Steve's solutions and suggestions I hadn't considered. Because of his success, we had to wait about 4 weeks for the install but it was totally worth it. His crew arrived on time and finished the huge job by 3p.m. When finished, they gave me thorough instructions on the timer and showed me the functionality of each zone. They left my yard spotless and even put grass seed down over the spots that were dug up. Great job!

It went beautifully. Steve was prompt in providing an estimate. He showed up exactly at the time of each appointment and quickly responded to emails. He was willing to work around some special circumstances on this job. His crew arrived promptly, worked very hard, and worked well together. They appeared very experienced and were very good-natured. At the conclusion of the installation, Steve explained the system to me. It was clear to me he was interested in making sure I was satisfied and knew that his company is available to service the system as needed in the future...

I had a full scale spring emerging from one of the expansion groove dead-center in the middle of the concrete. All initial consensus was that a new channel had to be bored horizontally under the driveway...including the opinion of Clearwater. Not an inexpensive solution. Once Clearwater was able to trace the issue, they discovered that the original channel was salvageable. With bit of ingenuity and hard work, the Clearwater crew as able to re-lay a new master pipe connecting the zone on either side of the drive. So basically I've had the following experience with Clearwater Irrigation: My initial imagination of what this might cost: $1K - $2K After initial consultation with Clearwater: Initial estimation for new channel: High $ hundreds Actual price of solution: $187.00 So, you tell me how I should rate Clearwater Irrigation...Yeah, me too. A+

Steve was very professional, courteous and prompt. He walked me through his proposal and made sure I understood all that he was proposing. His team came and installed the entire system, 13 zones, over the course of two days. Steve walked me through the controller so I could actually utilize the system. Upon further review of the install a very small section was not getting water. I called Steve and he had someone the next day to fix the issue. Overall a very good experience. They were not the cheapest quote but I am confident that I made the correct choice.

Great On time, efficiently completed an will use them again

I sent a message to Clearwater Irrigation at 7PM and Steve called me at 9PM and was able to stop by and shut down the sprinkler system at 11AM the next morning. He called the next day and let me know everything was fine. He was incredibly responsive!

Steve consulted with us extensively before we built an addition to our kitchen. He explained the impacts to our existing sprinkler system and advised us on the best plan for irrigation after the remodel. This is a company that knows how to deliver customer service that exceeds expectations! They used high quality products and gave me a full tutorial on running our new system. Highly recommend!

Steve is great, so easy to work with. He performed winterization and also helped facilitate getting a plumber to repair a leaky valve on the sprinkler system. We will continue to use him for our annual services.

It went great, they came in and blew out the lines and shut everything down for the winter. They were very polite and professional.

Our system is old so the repair work is updating maintenance. We have been very pleased with their service. Everyone who has worked on our system has been great.
