I am a collaborative interior designer with 25 years of experience. My ultimate goal is for you to love your space and feel like you played an integral part in the process of making your house a home. I serve the homeowner who is frustrated with their space and doesn't know where to turn for interior design options. I will assist in narrowing your options to help you make better choices faster. Principal Owner and Designer. Uses subs for painting, carpentry and custom drapery. Cost is determined by the job. Description of Work: I was a little disappointed with her handling of our appointment. The appointment was cancelled in response to a forecast of snow that never ended up materializing (we had less then 1in of snow at our house). While I can appreciate the concern for safety I think that the appointment could have still been met. Then, after cancelling, we were presented the option of rescheduling for weeks out. Given that she cancelled with us I expected to have a bit more preference in scheduling. It seemed as though we were relegated to the bottom of the appointment list. I'm sure Vicki is great once she is in your home but her customer service and scheduling logistics didn't impress me in this particular case.
