Very happy that I called Profi. They were able to fit my project into their busy schedule. Leaking shower retiled and looks very good. Very satisfied.

They were on time and came the day they were suppose too. They were very respectful and responsible as an example put down tarps on the steps and hallway. While working they were very quiet, efficient and it didn’t seem to take too long to do the job. Once they were finished with the job though my husband and I were not happy with how the bottom piece of the tiles were not flushed with the above tiles. Also my husband was not happy with the rough edges of the tile showing (he was thinking it would be done a different way). We are not sure if we didn’t communicate that part. My husband called the store the next day and talked to Cody and they were right on top of wanting to make things right. They came back the same week and redid the job. We absolutely love it and it is excatly what we wanted. They do outstanding craftsmanship!! I would definitely called them again.

The guys were very responsive and professional. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves. They talked us through the process and made sure we had what we needed in terms of pictures and a detailed explanation of what was done for our insurance company. Filipp also came back weeks after it was done to check on it and make sure we were satisfied. We enjoyed working with them and will use them again.

Good work, good service, good communication. I can't think of any negative comments to offer.

The flooring looks good and I like it way better than the wood floor. It took about 3 days to finish the kitchen floor. The timing was reasonable not to long not to short. I like the quality of work as well and it seems the tile will last a while.

Job went very well. They were very careful and took great pride in their work. Price was reasonable. The floor I put in was very complicated to do. Took a couple of days to do and the floor looks great!
