he went to the home (which is vacant) and checked out some bug concerns the buyer had - he called me after looking at the home 9everything was done within a day - EXCEPTIONAL responsiveness!! he told me what they were and it wouldn't be worth me having him spray because the bugs weren't a concern. just sweep them up - someone probably left the door open for a longer period of time..which they did in moving items out of the home. he was quick to respond and to check things out...professional and HONEST!! I will definitely call him again!

Called and left a message. The owner, Glenn Buggs (yes his last name is "Buggs'!), returned my call. He was very professional, knowledgable and responsive. I explained my situation and also my aversion to chemicals. Asked that he first come to the house for a consultation/inspection. He agreed. I was a bit disappointed when one of Glenn's employees showed up instead...canister in hand...ready to spray. He was a college student, trained and certified, who has sprayed for his summer job the last three summers. I was disappointed it wasn't Glenn. I explained the situation to him though and he spent almost two hours at my house - explaining what he saw. I did have him spray before he left. Within a few days, bugs inside the house were dramatically reduced. However, the deck was still teeming with carpenter ants. They have a 90 day guarantee...so I called them back...and Glenn advised that a different chemical should have been used for the carpenter ants. So the employee returned with the different chemical, sprayed the deck with it, and...located the nest in a tree in my neighbors yard. After getting the neighbors approval, he sprayed the tree at no charge (covered by me guarantee). I have seen NO carpenter ants on my property since . Yahoo. So it took a little extra effort...but the problem was resolved.

Glen is by far the cheapest person I found who would treat bed bugs. Most approaches will heat up the room with a powerful machine in addition to applying chemicals. Glen's product didn't, but that made it much more reasonable. The work was good and seems to have worked. There were a few scheduling issues but that was not Glens fault at all. So far the bed bugs are gone and everyone is happy.

Technician sprayed inside and out for ants/bugs. Tech even sprayed larger ant hills in yard and in garden beds. The technician was very re-assuring and non-alarmist about the carpenter ants. After being told horror stories by other companies I spoke to, Buggs assured me the few carpenter ants found inside our home were probably just "scouts" looking for a place to go...and that we most likely did NOT have nests throughout our walls. Buggs was also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes...and did not require a service contract.

We had a wasp's nest in a crack under our front door threshold. We didn't find this out until we used a short metal ramp to help a family member in a wheelchair through the door. The clanging angered the hive, the wasps stormed and stung a few people. Everyone got inside but our wheelchair-using guest was unable to leave the house with the wasps still there! It was a Saturday afternoon and Buggs was the only company I called willing to come out the same day and take care of our wasp problem. Some of the bigger companies wouldn't even listen to our problem without discussing long term contracts. The Buggs agent fit us in to his schedule that very afternoon. We had to wait a bit in to the evening for him to get to our neighborhood, but the agent did call us and keep us updated on his schedule. When the agent arrived he quickly assessed the situation and spent about 20 minutes spraying areas of our foundation and walls. We were charged a reasonable one-time fee and were guaranteed a free follow-up visit if the wasps returned anytime in the next 90 days. I am happy to say that we did not need it! The Buggs agent was very friendly and professional. I would definitely call this service again.

Carpenter ants were discovered when we had a window replaced. A Buggs associate arrived the same day I called. He treated the interior and exterior of the house. He was very professional and thorough.

I have been using their services for about two years. The owner is very friendly and prompt and the have good prices. They also come when they say they will.

Glenn Buggs, the owner, came to my house to spray for ants and spiders. After playing some phone tag regarding the appointment set-up, we connected, and he was able to come the next day. He arrived on time and efficiently sprayed the entire interior and exterior for a wide range of insects. The spray left no odor or visible traces. Glenn was engaging and knowledgeable.

Glen was very friendly and considerate from the time I first called him to when we shook hands and he left. He took the time to answer all of my questions, including my questions about safety concerns (I have a toddler and pets that play in the yard). I wouldn't hesitate to call Buggs again. One note - Glen came in a car, not a truck, so had to use our ladder. This wasn't a problem, but if you need work done in a place that needs a ladder, and you don't have one, you might be out of luck.

The gentleman who performed the spraying was very helpful and polite. He explained where the infestation showed old vs. new damage, and where and how we could effectively treat it. We have a very old house with plaster walls, and he was very careful when he was spraying in these walls. He also allayed our fears about an ant, or worse, termite infestation in our carriage house. He explained why we had sawdust on the floor in there instead of trying to sell us additional services.

They returned my phone call within 2 hours, I had called after hours. They scheduled for the next day. He showed up within 5 minutes of the time I was told. He sprayed the nest because they do not remove them. He did a good job.

Workman was on time and in a clean and neat uniform. He spent time looking for holes where mice could have gotten in and gave me ideas how to eliminate problems. He sprayed thoroughly throughout the house, and I have no more bugs! The only negative was that he did not have a ladder to get into the crawl space to deal with the mice. The price was very good, though, and I would hire them again.

They were very friendly on the phone. The exterminator arrived early and was waiting for me. He educated me as to what they would do (fascinating!), and then told me how long it would take and that he would call me after he was done, which he did. He said we did have cockroaches and that they should be all gone now. They were! Their guarantee was standard and made me rest easy. Our tenants were very happy to have a pest free apartment!

GLENN HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR ME FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. I KNOW THAT I HAVE MICE IN MY FOURTH LEVEL (THE BASEMENT), BUT THANKS TO GLENN THEY DIE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY IN THE LIVING QUARTERS. GLENN GETS RID OF MY SPIDERS AS WELL. I CALL GLENN EACH YEAR IN THE FALL JUST BEFORE THE WEATHER GETS COLD. IF I EVER SEE A MOUSE UPSTAIRS, I WILL MOVE OUT. GLENN HAS NOT FAILED ME IN ALL THESE YEARS SO I AM STILL LIVING THERE. I HAVE PURE WHITE CARPET AND HE HAS NEVER HARMED IT.
