Great. Buggs employee came out the next day and sprayed the wasp nest. He answered my questions, and the problem nest was destroyed.

Checked areas where evidence was, cleaned and placed new poison bait.

He was about half an hour late, but after he arrived, things went well. He found several areas where mice could get into the house, and recommended methods to plug the holes/cracks. He left poison packets in the unfinished parts of the ceiling and in the attic, and said that when the mice ate the packets, they would die and not smell bad. The work was guaranteed for 90 days.

These guys performed as promised. Friendly, informative and reasonable cost.

Glenn returned my call at 8:30 PM on a Friday and was at my house by 10:00 AM Saturday morning. He was straight forward with his pricing, letting me know the initial visit would be more as it is more thorough than a maintenance visit. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips on things I can do between maintenance visits.

We've used Buggs Pest Control. I used them about 18 months ago. The person they sent out did not do a good job at all. We ended up getting someone else to do it. It was a good price. The quality was the problem not the service. They were very responsive. We used them before and they were fine but the particular person they sent out this time didn't go in areas he should have gone.

Great experience overall. Gentleman showed up on-time and explained what he was going to do, the warranty, etc. In about 20 minutes, he found and eliminated the wasp nest and sprayed around the yard/house/fence for other insects. A few weeks later, I called to ask if the warranty covered other insects or just the wasps that I called about originally. Bugg's came out and sprayed around the front of the house at no additional charge. I'm hoping that takes care of the spiders that keep building webs on the landscaping in the front. Bugg's exceeded my expectations and I'll look to use them in the future for my pest control needs. I went on to recommend Bugg's to a friend that lives in North Bloomington and it sounds like they did an excellent job for my friend as well.

Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. The technician, Elliot, showed up on time and had a very pleasant demeanor. He was very professional, explained all the work and products to be used, answered all my questions, and gave me a few tips on keeping mice out of the house. There was no hard sell to sign up for a contract, which I is not the case with most exterminators.

They were very great and very professional. I would use them again in the future.

Went very well, I'd recommend them. I called on a saturday afternoon when we noticed a bunch of wasps had gotten into our 3 season porch. I called numerous places, and these guys were close, called back quickly, and were able to fit me in the same day. The guy that came out was very nice, very helpful, provided lots of info and answered questions.

The service was great. We had a fairly heavy infestation, and they came back as needed to control the problem at no extra cost. They were late for one appointment, but were very apologetic. I would defintely recommend their service.

They showed up on time and sprayed the nests that I could see and then treated the areas where nests are often hidden and guaranteed their work for 90 days.

Technician was very helpful and even found one nest I didn't know about. He sprayed the nests and then I asked about removal and he stated he would come back in a few days to remove as he had to wait until insects had been killed. Understandable. After several days, I called office to inquire when they would return to my property and was told they don't come back to remove nests and I stated I had been told by technician he would come back to remove. The owner reluctantly agreed since I had been told the technician would come back and remove nests, the company would follow up. They did and left the nests laying in my yard. l

The guy was responsive and timely, but I didn't think he was as thorough as I'd hoped he'd be, but on the other hand, I never had any hornets again. So, maybe he did exactly what he was supposed to. He didn't meet my expectations, but they might have been too high. I'd probably use him again and ask different questions.
