Arrived on time. Was very personable and knowledgeable. Went about his business very professionally.

He was responsive, punctual and accommodating -came the afternoon after I called to inquire. Very friendly and knowledgeable too. Also, I thought the price was fair. I'll call them again next year if we have the same 'infestation'. Ugh!

We setup an appointment quickly, and the Bugg's crew showed up within a couple of days. They arrived on time, and completed the work quickly.

They were on time for all 3 appointments. First application was made on the same day as the call. It is apparent that they are working for the customer, and that satisfaction is a priority.

Buggs showed up on time and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated the technician's tactful way of coaching tenants about housekeeping and cleanliness (i.e., what *they* could do to prevent recurrent infestations.

He comes in and sprays all around the perimeter of each room and then does outside the house too. Uses a hand held sprayer with a small hose. Much more efficient that me spraying with a can of something. And it works!

It went great! Highly recommend.

The service was excellent. They were very professional, prompt, and thorough.

They killed all the spiders and the spiders eggs. The chemicals they used did not hurt my pets and they were reasonable in price. They were booked all day and came out at night. They were very knowledgeable.

I wasn't that happy with Buggs Pest Control. My problem with them was that the guy was 15-20 minutes late and he called to let me know he was going to be late 10 -15 minutes after the time window they had given me had passed. I had to keep asking questions about what he was doing, he was not very responsive. The price seemed high for a one bedroom condo. I asked him if he could come back if there were mice and he said no. I hope I don't have to use a pest control company again, but if I did I would not use them.

Really took of care of things. Very great scheduling to my needs. The service tech was nice.

Since using them, I haven't had any problems. If one were to appear, I know they would come out and take care of the issue, no charge. I use them more for a preventative measure because I don't care of bugs to come around.

He sprayed to keep the nest away and moved it from the property. He came right away. I have used him more than once. He comes out the same day.

He was very professional, prompt, thorough, and got the job done. He rid of the mice right away. Whatever he did worked so there were no more noises in the middle of the night.

I was very pleased with them. I appreciated their service. They have a website. I don’t remember getting ripped off with regards to price. With all the mess in the area, they came back twice and made sure that everything was fine. I would use them in the future.

It went great. We talked on the phone about what we had done so far to get rid of the wasps in our basement. We set up a time for him to come to the house. He arrived and found the entry point of the wasps. He spayed inside and out. We talked about what needed to be done after he left, and he asked us to call back if this first spray did not work. The first spay worked and he did not have to return.

The work went very well. I have used them before, and they are very nice and thorough. They provide a quick response and show up on time. Their prices are fair, and I would rate them highly. I will use them again in the future.

His name was Glen Buggs. They were super personable. Glen is a really nice guy. His people are super nice. They answered all the questions that I had completely and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. Obviously people get freaked out about pest stuff so he took the time to go through everything. He was very thorough. We have a pretty big house and there is only one area that we were having trouble with, but he said that since he was here he would look at the whole house. It hasn't been long enough to determine if it worked but so far everything is good and I've enjoyed working with them.

I was very happy with them. They were prompt, they were on time and their pricing and their estimate was good. They did great job. They crawled in all the nooks and crannies and we had some problem again and they came back and they were great. They came out right again and did what they said they were going to do.

Great experience - Called to setup an appointment which was at a convenient time for me. Glen arrived on time perform the job. Nothing complicated.

They are very quick and very reasonably priced. They are very good. Once they are out, I do not have another problem. When the guy was here last time the garden snake that had gotten into the house, and he took care of that for me too. It was great. They have done a wonderful job for us. We don’t have any suggestions for them to improve upon. The people that have been here have always been very friendly and very professional. They come in, get the job done, and run.

Nobody wants to talk about bed bugs. But it can happen to anybody, especially if you are a traveller. I explored several options. Some of them want to heat my entire house to a very high temperature for several hours. I went for the cheaper and less intrusive option of using chemicals. Buggs uses different chemicals each time and at least one of them must have been effective. He was also a great guy to do this job for me, very friendly and service-oriented. I would definitely use his services again if I have any problems with infestations.

I have been very pleased with them and my boys are happy too. Their price is fair and I think they do a good job. I never did actually have anybody other than these guys. They know what they are doing and I never really had any problem with these guys. I have been using them for 6 to 7 years now. The technicians are very nice; they ask me where I have problems ,because the job is determined by where my problems are. The scope of the job or my problems is usually outdoors so they spray it on the pyramid of the house. I will continue to have them come out in the future.

Glenn Buggs was certainly the most accessible and cheap PCO we had called, and because he could get there first we used his company. They came in and sprayed the house 3 times, and once in between when I thought I had gotten bitten by another bed bug. They offered a 2 month guarantee, which has come and gone with no more bugs! That being said, I do feel like there were a couple of corners that were cut, like things not being sprayed or moved (we moved everything away from the walls, but I would expect the bed frames and such to move). They also said that a drip of dried liquid was probably a blood stain from the bugs, which doesn't make sense because it was dark green, and was very obviously a drip, and not a worked in stain. They were always very accommodating as far as scheduling goes, and came out as soon as needed. The reason I gave the a C for professionalism was because the did not leave a "leave behind" sheet about what chemicals they sprayed. I was not aware until afterwards that this was required by law. When I called about a month after my last treatment, Glen was not able to remember what was sprayed (understandable) and said they were moving offices so that the forms were not accessible for a little bit. I did not hear back from him, but I did only call once.
