They did a great job. The job cost me $400. It was a very good experience. I will use them again in the future, if required.

I have a very large lawn. Top Choice has been treating it on a 4-5X annual program at a price I could not walk away from. Doing it myself would cost about 60% of the bid with no account of the value of my time. My lawn has never looked better. On the full season program they just show up on their own calendar, doing a very nice job. I can tell they cover my whole large lot as I can see the granules across the whole lawn after treatment.

I thought it was good overall. They came out within a couple of days and gave me what I thought was a pretty competitive estimate.

It was higher than what I got from another company. I think it was because they measured my lawn, but they missed on measuring it. I ended up using the other company.

They were easy to work with and the service was decent. The pricing wasn't the cheapest, kind of middle of the road. They did what they say they would do, nothing more or less.

They have done a great job with controlling weeds and through my diligent efforts to keep the lawn watered, it ended up looking like a golf course by the end of the summer. It is in great shape now!

I have a contract with them. It's a 4 summer service program where they do a fall application, spring application, fall aeration and late spring application. They use fertilizers and control weed depending upon the application. Their fall aeration was $132. I prepaid the charge for the entire season. It looks like each application is $55.43 and the total service charge is $57.55. I think I would get a rebate on that since I prepaid for the whole season. I also feel that they have done a good job for the money that I paid. I feel that they are very communicative and it's become an automated process now. They come out on their own schedule and it might not be the most favorable time for me. That's the only thing that I don't like about them. They used to call me in the beginning and they even did a free sample sealing thing for me. I thought that they were very responsive, but I haven't heard a word from them except through the mail. I have had other services in the past who would call up to inform me about their schedule. However, they have done all the services as they promised. They also reduce my number of service visits, as the other ones are encouraging like 6. I feel that my lawn is competitive with anybody else around here.

I was looking for a local contractor that had experience with split seeding lawns. I was in the process of doing a complete lawn renovation, and was looking to farm out this one particular step that I did not have direct experience with. I called the number and a professional lady answered the phone right away and setup an appointment with me to get an estimate done. This was a great initial experience, as many others that I called I couldn't get a hold of right away, and of those maybe only 1/2 returned my call after I left a message (I suspect most didn't bother calling me back when I wanted to talk lawn renovation instead of mowing service). In any case, I setup my appointment and the guy doing the estimate came out to measure my property and give me a quote. I had done my research up to this point so had a good idea of what I wanted and about how much work was involved. The person doing the estimate over-estimated how big my property was. They measured the property border, but didn't seem to account for the fact that the foundation, driveway, and landscaping took away from the overall amount of square feet they needed to work with. They were over 1,000 square feet off of what my actual lawn footprint was. Additionally, I was quoted a full eight hours of labor for the split seeding for my lawn which was well above what I had estimated in talking with multiple people who had done lawn renovations before. The end cost was much more expensive as a result than what I was willing to pay. I didn't end up using them for the split seeding. Instead, I did the work myself with rented equipment. All in all, the work that I had requested that they do took me less than two hours compared with their quoted eight hours of work. That in addition to the over-estimate of my lawn size would have me weary of using them for services in the future.

They were excellent and their price was reasonable. The lawn looks 100% better than it did before. The lawn had pretty bad weeds and also big bare patches. Now almost all the bare patches are filled in and there are very few weeds in it. This result is achieved only after one summer.

I have used them before and we were satisfied with what they did the previous time, so we went back to them this year. They were good overall.

They did everything I asked them too, and did a really good job.

I've been using this company for 2 years now. Great company, great service, no complaints.

They are great. They were the only ones out the lawn services we consulted that could diagnose an aphid infestation. They told us how to fix the problem ourselves. They were great. We continue to use them.

They did a fantastic job. In addition to their job, on the first application they went and spot sprayed all the existing weeds. Within 24 hours every weed in my entire yard was gone and that was above and beyond. I was extremely happy with them and also recommended them to a couple of my neighbors. The also leave nice cool news letters that give you information on how to mow your lawn properly, what is the proper way for spring clean up and so on. Their price was very cheap.

They were good. They did exactly what they were supposed to do.

We felt that they did a good job and we were happy with them. They were more expensive than other companies, but I m not sure what kind of quality the others would have given us. They had good reviews on Angie's List too.

I am getting ready to sell my house and the lawn was full of weeds. I found Top Choice Lawn Care through Angie's List and love them! No hard sell, no pushy phone calls, and the lawn looks great. I'm very happy with them.

They are great. I have no complaints at all. They always do a nice job. I've never had streaks in my lawn, either!!

My lawn was starting to get into rough shape. I had a lot of weeds growing and my lawn was very spotty. The fertilization and herbicides they applied worked wonderfully. They also gave me tips on how to take care of my lawn. I plan on continuing my service with them.

Another successful season of perfectly-timed treatments. The lawn looks great, at least where we don't have mole activity! We referred friends to the company. Our friends are extremely happy with Top Choice and how much their lawn has been improved. A great value.

They have been okay. I have been using them for the past two years, but I am questioning whether I am going to have them back next summer or not. I think that they are going a little too heavy on the applications and it is damaging my lawn.

The first time I contacted them by email requesting an estimate, I had an estimate within a couple of days without needing to be home. We then easily set up a weed & feed schedule, and they've been great each time. They also are environmentally conscious, which is a big plus.
