Description of Work: Top Choice determined which fertilization package was needed for our lawn and square footage via satellite imaging (very neat!). Upon receipt of the estimate, four treatments will be applied; the first application is complete and so far, we have a beautiful, green, lush lawn! We also purchased their Fall aeration service, of which they offered a pre-payment discount. Highly recommend Top Choice!

Description of Work: I have contracted with Top Choice since the middle of summer 2010. For this year I had prepaid for the 4 different applications throughout the summer. My yard looks absolutely the best it has in years, - no dandelions, or clover. However, I did notice another weed starting which had been here in previous years, so I took a picture of it, e-mailed it to them, and told them to be sure to take care of it on their next regularly scheduled application. Yesterday I came home from work, and found a note on my door - they had made a special trip to treat this weed - and charged me nothing extra to do so - I'm very impressed!

Great job.
Description of Work: They have always done a great job of managing my lawn. Especially since my neighbors on both sides do not do anything to control weeds, they make my lawn look great! And they come back if they see that an extra application is needed because of weeds starting to "creep" in on my lawn. Great company for lawn care.
