From beginning to end, Jared at Tony's Appliance did a great job! I called in a panic. I made a huge mistake and took apart my oven door to clean it, and in the process, I broke the piece of inner glass. Let's just say that taking apart an oven door is a lot easier than putting it back together. I first called a different appliance repair person and he was not willing to take on the job. Jared at Tony's Appliance got back to me right away with an estimate. I brought the pieces of the door in on a Friday night right before closing, and they had it ready for me by Sunday afternoon. He even carried it to my car for me. I am very, very happy with the service I received.

My washing machine was leaking and I called Tony's Appliance to set up an appointment. Dan arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. They did not have the valve in stock and it had to be ordered. The valve came in two days later and Dan came out to replace the leaky one. Both times Dan arrived at the predetermined appointment time. Dan was efficient and professional. The wash machine is no longer leaking and I am pleased with the repair service. I have used Tony's Appliance in the past for other appliance repair and will definately call them again when appliance repair is needed. It was a bonus that there was an Angie's list coupon that I could print and use.

Came Saturday morning (only service I found that was open) to diagnose the problem. Our ice maker was constantly toggling on and then off and every time it did, there was a beeping sound - it got annoying quite quickly. He thought it was the control board, but tried taking out the ice maker as he said that sometimes worked. While we waited to verify if the ice maker solution worked, he wrote up the cost of replacing the control board. Fridge beeped again while he was there so he put the order in for the part and told me it would be about 4-5 days. Came early the day the part came in because he was in the area. Replaced the board quickly, re-installed the ice maker and was on his way. Price paid was quoted price. Really nice guy, explained what he was doing and was quick and efficient. I would absolutely go with them again in the future.

At 1:35 a.m., after salvaging, throwing out, and cleaning the refrigerator and freezer, I placed a call to Tony's. Although the voicemail message left Tony's phone number to reach him in the event of an emergency, I figured that I was well past that point. I left a message requesting a service call for that day, if at all possible. I received a call from Tony at approximately 7:00 a.m. that morning and he told me that he could send someone out that morning between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon. I told him that time worked for me. At approximately 8:00 a.m., I received a call from one of his service technicians stating that he was in my neighborhood (about 10 minutes away) and that he could stop by and service my refrigerator. (Yeah!) Long story short, the starting device had failed on the compressor in my refrigerator. It was replaced and the work took about 30 minutes from the time the technician arrived to completion. The service technician was nice, professional and explained to me what had happened. I received my Angie's List discount off the price of repair. All and all, it was worth it. That's why I continue to be a loyal customer of Tony's Appliances. They may be a small company, but their quality and service is BIG and surpasses the large chains of appliance dealerships and repair services in the area.

The service person was prompt and evaluated/identified the problem. He explained things very well and gave me a price for repair but also recommended that I consider purchasing a new dishwasher as the cost to repair my current dishwasher was quite high. Explained and showed me some other problems with the dishwasher that while might not need to be repaired today, it would likely be a problem in the near future. Elected to purchase a new diswasher, called the store to order one and they came out the same day to install. There was no pressure regarding purchase of new dishwasher vs repair. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will definitely use Tony's appliance for any future purchases. From the initial phone call to the service call to the installation everyone was knowledgable, helpful and pleasant.

Everything went well. The washer is now running well.

When we returned from our winter home our spare freezer was blowing warm air when we plugged it back in. Tony's came out and within a short time diagnosed the problem. The compressor is shot. Unfortunately to fix it was about $150.00 more than buying a new freezer.

The window was only 2 hours, which was great! They showed up quickly, ordered a part, then came back to install it. They showed up on time and everything went well.

It went very well. I was pleased at how quickly I was able to make an appointment for service, and my repairman showed up right on time.

We stopped by the store and scheduled a service call for our refrigerator. They were able to send someone out the next day at the time we requested. The repair person was prompt, very knowledgeable, found and repaired the problem quickly. This is the second time I've had a service call from Tony's and once again, very satisfied. I will definitely use again.

The water dispenser on our 2 year old refrigerator stopped working. We went to the store and purchased a new water filter. When that didn't resolve the problem, and the suggestions in the manual did not work, I went to the list on Angie's List. I liked the reviews I saw on Tony's Appliance and gave them a call. It was a Sunday night and after hours, so I just left a message. They returned my call 1st thing in the morning, and came out that same day. My husband was actually home, but he told me that after the service tech. checked all of the possibilities he made a call to the technician at the Refrigerator company. They decided that maybe the freezer temp. was set too cold for the freezer and the water line may have become frozen. They increased the freezer temperature, and then he cleared the lines of any frozen water, and we were back in business. We will save the new water filter for future use. The whole experience was pleasantly painless, and inexpensive. It is wonderful to find a great company nearby that responds quickly and doesn't try to take advantage of the situation. The next time we have any appliance issues in this house I will be sure to call Tony's Appliance.

Chose Tony's Appliance on reviews from Angies List and was not disappointed. They were straight-forward and seemed truthful. Their prices were the lowest we found, and turnaround time for installation was reasonable. Cost of repair visit was deducted from installation price.

Highly recommend them. Repair person came next day and defrosted freezer and replaced defroster timer. We immediately had our refrigerator back. Friendly, courteous, quick and reasonable.

Dan arrived promptly, checked everything thoroughly, and explained options and potential solutions.

The repairman (Dan) called before he came, arrived on time and was very thorough. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the fuse, checked the dryer and made a timing adjustment. We will definitely use this company again. We live in Burnsville and are so glad to have the name of a reliable appliance repair company in the area.

They delivered the washer and dryer the morning after I bought it. They guys were on time and even called to tell me they were on their way. They did a quick, clean installation job. They took away my old washer and dryer and showed me how to use the new ones. They came back a few days later (my scheduling issue, as they were ready to come back then next day) to replace the water heater and water softener. This job took longer because of an awkward utility area with limited access and they had to re-route a duct, as before they were professional, cleaned up everything and even put the salt I had into the water softener.

Tony's service call consisted of 2 visits ?? originally they replaced bearings on the drier to eliminate the squeal. After using the drier once, the squeal came back and within minutes the drier quit running completely. Tony's came back promptly and found the motor had frozen up. They replaced the motor and gave me credit for the bearings. The repair of the washer's agitator was successful.

He was quick and did what he could to save us money so we did not have to buy a new dryer.

They were on time and worked with our schedule. We were very pleased with the service.

The repairman showed up promptly and was very courteous and professional. As a part of the diagnostic process, he disassembled the controls on the back of the refrigerator to check the circuitry. Apparently, the process of disassembling the control mechanism fixed the problem as the water dispenser began working during the diagnostic process.He reassembled the control and things have been running smoothly since then. It would be nice to know if it was some sort of reset or if it was a loose wire of some sort, but I guess we won't know. The repairman did spot a small drip/leak in the valve whenever water was dispensed. The leak occurred where the valve connected to the plumbing. He was unable to fix that. so we had to also call a plumber to repair the valve. I am grateful for him noticing the leak and letting me know about it before it became a larger problem. Overall, he did not have to replace anything and I'm not sure that he actually did anything, other than begin the diagnostic process; but on the whole, I guess the problem is solved and he did alert me to a potential problem, so I guess I'm satisfied.

My refrigerator was leaking in the inside. Tony walked me through how to fix it on my own. I couldn't find where it was plugged so I placed a service call. I didn't have to provide the information on make/model as the shop still had the records of when I purchased it in Aug of 1997! Service Tech was prompt, professional and remembered being at my home for previous service calls. Tony has installed a water heater, two refrigerators and an electric stove for me and I will continue to do business with him.

Technician looked for some obvious things that could have been wrong, and explained what to look for if it malfunctions again. He wrote an estimate of the cost for the suspected problem, and the very reasonable service charge can be credited from that amount. Will definitely use them again.

The dryer repair of the rollers and pulley didn't take long...less than 30 minutes. Nice repairman...he suggested for safety and efficiency I should our dryer vent cleaned soon. The dryer doesn't squeal anymore!

Tony's Appliance replaced a water heater for me. I received a phone call from the office letting me know that they would show up within a 2 hour time frame, but in fact they showed up within a half hour of the phone call. The employees told me of my options in choosing a water heater, installed it quickly, and answered all of my questions. They were professional in their workmanship. I will continue to call Tony's Appliance for other repair needs.
