It went great! There was a cancellation so they got out right away and they carry a lot of parts with them so it got fixed right away.

Our newer refrigerator fridge section went out. Tonys was able to come out the next day. "Paul" the repair technician was knowledgable, prompt, courteous and covid conscious... diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator on the spot having the part with him made all the difference. Price was fair. So glad We called Tonys!

They provided a quote over the phone and were able to schedule the replacement that day.

Great. I got the price over the phone. They were able to come out the next morning and do the replacement. It took about one hour. The work was done in a satisfactory manner.

He came earlier than scheduled due to appointment cancellation. He was quick and prompt to the point. He explained 2 possibilities that could have broken the dishwasher. Dishwasher is up and working.

Repair person was nice but he admitted the repair would not have been necessary if it was installed properly...Then he asked who installed it and I told him it was Tony's Appliance! I spoke with the owner and asked him what he had to say about it and he stated that his pockets were not deep enough to help out to the degree I wanted. I had not even mentioned an arrangement as of yet. I paid for the repair, hundreds of dollars, in full. Believe me, he has lost a long time customer...

Water heater was leaking. Jared, from Tony's Appliances, replaced it with another 40-gallon, gas water heater. He was friendly, professional, and the replacement was quicker than I thought it would be. The water heater is on the main level and the old one had to be taken out across carpet. There was absolutely no mess. I would definitely recommend Tony's.

The repairman came out and fixed the broken belt in our dryer. He also gave us many tips on care for our washer and dryer. That goes above and beyond what our expectations were for the service call. Thanks!

Do to cost of repairs we've decided to instead replace the washer. We purchased our new washer thru Tony's Appliance because of the professionalism of the service tech and the office for handling my new washer order.

Machine wasn’t repairable. Service tech gave excellent advise about what to look for in finding an economical replacement machine. While he did not pressure me to buy from them, I did buy a new one from Tony’s / they credited back part of service fee and were able to deliver the next day. Very pleased with this company

Excellent! Mike didn’t have a pump on hand, but located one in a nearby parts store, so he drove over and got it. All fixed in one trip!

Called on Saturday and had an appointment for Thursday morning, which was far sooner than the other repair option I contacted. Tony (yes, the one whose name is on the trucks) was able to arrive early and called ahead to confirm that would be okay. He identified the problem and had the work done very quickly. Very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely consider using Tony's again.

Zero response to query sent via Angie’s List. The Angie’s List query was a complete waste of time - 2 weeks yielded no response. Just annoying feedback requests from AL that don’t serve me at all. Will try contacting Tony’s directly. My guess is that AL communication with vendor is broken.

The sales staff and delivery people are highly professional. We got the new stove back in April, and the refrigerator just this week. Great to work with!

I had a motherboard failure on a Samsung clothes dryer that I purchased from another local store. It was the second failure in the three years since I purchased the dryer and the other company was useless. I had Tony‘s appliance out to look at the issue. The service technician was honest and upfront that would cost close to $500 to replace The two needed boards, for the second time, and that the repair would only carry a 90 day warranty. I asked him what he would do, and he said, to be frank, you could buy a new dryer with a two year warranty for less than $100 more than this repair would cost. Tony’s gave me a 50% credit on my service visit and I purchased a new clothes dryer. It was installed on a Saturday morning. They were absolutely on time, completely professional, and wonderful to work with. He fixed the problem which he knew exactly what to do from the beginning and also checked out a couple of other things to make sure everything was working ok.

Tony and his staff were very helpful in talking me through removing two t-stats and a fuse for my dryer. I brought in the 3 parts and they tested them. I purchased the fuse from them and installed the parts and the dryer is working great again. I would definitely refer to them again for future appliance issues/replacement.

excellent service and repair. just that the part cost $188, which is not Tony's fault plus only guaranteed to 90 days. Bummer on Samsung. $160 on labor which not cheap but suppose is going rate for 2 calls.

He needed to improvise, but he did an excellent job and it should last until we're ready to replace the dishwasher.

Technician was honest and knowledgeable about the appliance and the issue we were having.

The repairman showed up in the agreed-upon time frame and replaced the thermal fuse. He also checked a few other things, cleaned the dryer vent, etc. In short order, the dryer was working normally.
