Tony not only gave us the estimate but also took the time hand write on the estimate the details of why it was too costly to repair. As a result, we collected the warranty payment which almost paid for a new dehumidifier.

We could no longer set the temperature on our wall oven after doing a self-cleaning cycle. The touch panel did not appear to be working properly. The technician confirmed this. He also said the control board needed to be replaced because the digital display was dim. He told me the unit could not be repaired because replacement parts were no longer available. We would need to buy a new oven. As it turned out, the control panel did not need to be replaced. The digital screen was just dusty. Once I cleaned it off, it looked and worked just fine. I had, incidentally, told the technician it might be a good idea to get rid of the greasy dust on the control board, but he ignored this. We did not need to replace the oven either. I told the technician we could probably get a replacement part for the touch panel from another company. That was indeed the case. The technician would not order that part, however, because it had not been authorized by Whirlpool, the maker of the oven. As I mentioned to the technician, the important thing was to find a part that worked properly, authorized or not. I do not pretend to be an expert on the subject, but I imagine Whirlpool would not authorize any company to make parts for their appliances that did not involve a licensing agreement, their logo on the panel, and additional fees for testing at Whirlpool. I ordered the part from Fixyouroboard.com, which has received nothing but good reviews. The company tests every part they send out and offers a two-year warranty . They provided a video link on how to install the touch panel. This required turning off the breaker switch that powered the oven, a little manual dexterity, and a few common tools. The repair was completely successful. We like the feel and placement of the touch-panel buttons better than the original buttons from Whirlpool. A comparable replacement for our oven would have cost around $1,000.00. If we had followed the recommendation from Tony's Appliance, we would have lost a lot of money.

Two days before, I called a highly recommended repair company (Angie's recommended) and they were able to give me an appointment for 13 days later. After some concern over not having the oven work for two weeks, a friend of mine recommended Tony's. Initially I had called Tony's, but I did not get an answer. I tried again and they scheduled me for the next day and the first appointment! Gerry arrived and brought a great floor protector for the hardwood floor. He opened the oven top and back and determined that the locking mechanism triggered by self cleaning was not operating correctly and that the clock need to be replaced. The clock is about $200 and might not be available due to the age of the range. Gerry fixed the range to the point that the oven is working and pinpointed the work needed to replace the faulty parts. I am thrilled. I will not self clean the oven and it works perfectly the day after my call and the day of the appointment. Gerry could not have been nicer, more professional, and willing to let me clean up the filthy space where the stove stands. Thanks Tony's Appliances for being here when I needed help.

Very prompt, professional and came when they said they were going to come. Very much would recommend. I rated a "B" on price, as it seemed expensive for what it is, but at the end of the day as long as its fixed right the first time, that is all that matters.

We were in need of new fridge ASAP on Friday morning. Went to Tony's Appliance in Burnsville, found just what we wanted and expected to have to wait a week or two as is usually the case. We were not looking forward to all that time with food in coolers. As luck would have it, Tony's had the one we chose in stock and delivered it to us 3 hours later. Easter dinner was saved...fridge is working great! Can't say enough about the great people there. Stephanie the sales rep was very helpful and friendly, Mike and Tony were so good to accommodate a fast delivery. (They also said if we had to wait they would have supplied a "loaner" fridge to us.) We give them an A+ for customer service. From now on we are going straight to Tony's for appliances and repairs.

The freezer was working fine but the refrigerator was not cooling. Since I bought the fridge it always made a light grinding sound when the refrigerator started. His diagnosis was a bad circuit board. I clearly mentioned that noise. New circuit board installed, worked a few days, refrigerator quit cooling. Did some research on Google, said damper control was not working as the fridge pulls cool air from the freezer. Found a damper control for $50, installed it myself in 15 minutes, has worked great ever since. I didn't want anything more to do with Tony so I just let it go as I would have paid much more for the damper motor.

Wish we had found them sooner. They were prompt, diligent, informed, workers. They removed the old dishwasher, changed plumbing as we had issues from previous installer, and installed new dishwasher. The two workers who spent time with installing, were informative, and had great work ethic. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Tony's appliance.

Being Christmas week I never expected that level of service. We bought the refrigerator a year ago at Home Depot. I will buy all my appliances from Tony's from now on. I had called Whirlpool and they gave me |inaccurate information. You can trust Tony's that is for sure. Tony was helping staff by catching up on service calls. Not many owners like that these days.

Great a young professional technician came by looked the job over made a phone call gave us a quote, came back after the parts got in and repaired these two doors. We were very pleased with the professionalism, speed of the fix, and quality of the work. They were great.

The diagnosis was a choice of one of two parts. Another company had to be hired to repair my appliance. This was money wasted... The company response is deceptive and inaccurate. There is no trim piece on the Bosch built-in combination microwave/oven to remove. The oven had to be pulled out to access the microwave that sits on top of it. Once the oven was pulled away from the wall, the microwave was then removed through a process of unscrewing it from the top of the oven. I did err on the price - the trip charge was $69 but after I complained that he spent the entire time on the internet, I was given a $20 discount and paid $49. The techs should be well-versed in all brands or admit they are not able to make a diagnosis. He could not determine an issue unless the microwave had been pulled out for testing. The "issue" was that he didn't know how to work on a Bosch and it had nothing to do with a trim piece on the outside of the unit. The trim piece is purely decorative and removal would only expose the edge of the kitchen cabinet.

My gas dryer stopped producing heat. I called Tony's for service and they had a tech at my house within a half hour. A half hour after that my heat sensor was replaced and the dryer was working again. The charge was reasonable (about what i guessed). This is the second time I have used Tony's for appliance repair and the last call was very similar. Great quick professional service. I couldnt be happier.

We have an older model fridge that was beginning to show signs of not cooling properly and making noises so I was basically resigned to the fact I was about to spend a lot of money on new appliances. We came home after the 4th and it was obvious that it was going down, but I decieded I better at least try to see if it can be fixed. Man am I glad I called Tony's because they came out THAT DAY and figured out the issue, and we were up and running the next day with the parts. Phone was answered early Monday AM almost immediately and we had a tech that afternoon. Both times they showed up exactly when they said they would and did quick work. We couldn't have asked for better service which is rare these days. If any of my other appliances go down I am calling Tony's to see if they can save me thousands again!! Thanks guys.

It went really well, even though the entire situation was very frustrating. I ran into some problems with both my washer and dryer right after purchasing my new home (should have gotten the home warranty added into my closing costs). I looked around on a Sunday for anyone who was open so I could get the baby's laundry done before an exceptionally busy week. I found Tony's Appliance and gave them a go. They not only had the parts but they were nice and the guy that runs the parts section is very very knowledgeable. I looked online saw how much the parts should cost went there and he found them in a bundle and it cost me a third of what I would have paid had I bought them and shipped them online. I then went back when my washer started messing up and again he was very helpful. We finally gave up on the washer and had a technician come out and for sixty bucks diagnosed the problem and advised us to get a new one rather than stacking up the cost of repairing a machine that was showing wear and tear in several areas. So very helpful and honest!

They're very friendly and they answer all my questions. They have a consultation and I'm very happy with Tony's Appliances.

Worker who came to my house was professional, diagnosed the issue quickly and took the time to explain what happened. Dryer was fixed without problem and is still working. He also took the time to replace the out of code vent on my dryer for a nominal amount.

They are clean, professional, on time, and they call to let me know they are on their way. Most times I will meet them at the townhouse to let them in and then I will leave to go back to work and they will lock up the place and call me when they are done to give me an update.

Service man showed up n time. Was punctual and pleasant. Answered questions as needed. Positive result.

They arrived in the designated time and were able to fix both appliances.

They came on time and after examining the leak, they suggested that we replace the water heater. They quickly removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater. The price seemed reasonable although I didn't have anything to compare it to. I trusted them.

We were gone for the winter so looked on Angies and found them. Called them and they were very professional and handled the situation well with our son at the house.

Tony's was not our first call, however, it will be the next time we need service. They were able to schedule an appointment the next day. (Call #1 to Sears and #2 EP company resulted in a 6 and 7 day wait, respectively.) Tony's repairman arrived within the window of time stated, diagnosed the problem (switch failure), made repair and was out the door for just shy of $200. Will be carrying Tony's number in the cell for further needs!

Scheduled visit was in a 2 hour window. Service person called and said he might be about 5 minutes early. That worked great! He diagnosed the problem - which I had already researched - and came up with the same conclusion. He quoted a price for the part and labor - he had the part in the truck. He made the repair and the oven works again. Very professional about the work and checked the other burners to ensure they were all working. Would definitely use Tony's Appliance again.
