Very friendly and did a great job. Post-installation, we had an issue with a gas leak. Basically, there was a gas fitting to a fireplace that was not properly installed and the installation of the water heater must have disturbed it to a point where a significant amount of gas was seeping out. We called the gas company and got it capped for now. Not the fault of the installers, I only bring it up here to make people aware that it can happen.

It went fabulously. Scott came to my house on a Monday to check out my busted microwave. He was super nice, on time, and very honest. He let me know that a repair was going to cost me more than a new microwave. He asked the store to provide me some options and Heather sent me an email with 4 options within a couple of hours. I called her to arrange the purchase and delivery/installation. Jonah and another gentleman arrived two days later (only because I couldn't make one day later happen on my end) on time and I had a brand new working microwave 20 minutes later. The entire experience was terrific from beginning to end. Everyone was super friendly, on time, helpful, and, best of all, saved me money. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

The repair person was prompt and professional. He had time to look at my dishwasher that was making noise as well as repair the microwave - which was the original appliance for the call. I like to use local businesses whenever possible. I would definitely use Tony's Appliance again.

They didn't have the part until the next day, but put everything back so we could use it in the mean time and returned promptly to quickly fix everything the next day. The work ended up being done by two different technicians. Both technicians were excellent - very competent, courteous, neat, etc.

I have had Tony's repair several appliances for me over the past many years and have even visited their showroom to purchase new appliances. I have been told on multiple occasions that while they do sell appliances they are geared more toward repair and I would have better luck purchasing elsewhere. One employee even directed me to a retailer in the Inver Grove Heights/Eagan area. When I called to have a new dishwasher installed and a repair made to my oven I was told that the estimated charge for the DW install would be approximately $300.00 and the range repair would likely exceed $200.00. Additionally I asked how much It would cost to have a water line hooked up to my existing refrigerator and was told minimum $200.00. When I said that these charges seemed high I was told that since I hadn't purchased these appliances from them they would have to charge a higher than normal rate to makeup for the profit they did not receive from the original purchase. I scheduled the appointment but decided to cancel as this did not sit well with me. I have been a loyal customer and even wanted to buy from them in the first place. As per usual with most retailers these days the lady who took my phone call didn't seem to have any care in the least. I have made an appointment with another, less local AL vendor.

Scott from Tony's repaired the machine after explaining the value of fixing it rather than buying a new one. We especially appreciated his honesty in doing that versus trying to sell us a new machine as he said the Whirlpools of that era are excellent quality and still good for more years if maintained. After detailing the cost of the replacement parts and labor, he did a thorough job with the washer, cleaned up everything so that it is ready to go again. We were very happy that Tony's was able to get to us as quickly as they did after my call and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a locally-owned and quality business. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and we felt the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. Good job!

Repairman arrived saying he might not be able to fix it. Gave it a cursery check out, said he couldn't fix it. He then argued with me that I should not wash using hot water anyway. (This is a high end machine 1 1/2 years old.) he got angry when I said I thought it was reasonable to expect hot water from a newish machine that had at one point washed hot. Without further discussion he packed up his stuff and left. His behavior was insulting and dismissive. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service person. The scheduling person, when I called to report back, was very apologetic, and offered another repair person, which I declined. We called GE the next day. They sent a repair person who explored the problem thoroughly, and fixed it.

Perfect The technician was available on the next day. The first visit was for a diagnostic and two day later he come back with a part. Everything was fast and clean

Wonderful installation! Very neat and professional. Arrived right on time the morning after I called. Highly recommended!!

Service was done quickly and successfully. Very pleased with the responsiveness. Cost was $176 for service call and parts. Would use Tony's Appliance again.

Outstanding. They were able to schedule the repair on the date I called. The repair man was prompt, very professional, and offered helpful suggestions in addition to fixing it right the first time.

Smoothly. The repair man came within 24hrs. He communicated the problem and the plan and then executed the plan.

Very well. There were some issues in getting the new thermostat from the manufacture and Tony and his team went above and beyond in the months that it took to get the part but installing a temporary thermostat to keep things going. At first it seemed like the part was no longer made so I was going to purchase a new refrigerator but Tony was sure he could get the right part and he was. Unfortunately it took a few months but he made every effort he could to keep things going until the new part came in.

The repairman did an excellent job. Had it up and running in less than 1/2 hour. He was professional and did a great job. Often when you hire a repair person, they tell you your appliance isn't worth fixing, you'd be better off buying a new appliance (from their company of course) but he was very professional and did not even mention buying new. I greatly appreciated the lack of high pressure in this regard.

I was very happy with their promptness and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Tech offered a suggestion that might resolve the problem without doing a repair. It did not solve it but he was quick to come back and make the repair which completely resolved the issue. Also corrected an installation issue from when the dishwasher was installed 6 years ago. Have hired them again for a repair on a different appliance.

They were on time. They seemed to give a fair explanation of the problem and the solution to it. I would use them again.

Showed up on time and went right to work. Put down floor protection. Accomplished work quickly in a very professional manner.

He knew right away what the problem was and he fixed right away. They are really good on repair. If you have a self defrost refrigerator or defrosting freezer there is a little tube that the water suppose down into but when they made them originally, refrigerator they made them in a way that occasional they'll freeze because they are not heated the little tube would freeze and then the water won't go down into the bottom of the refrigerator in the condenser where it just evaporate it would end up leaking through your freezer in your refrigerator and the guy came over and he said yep this is the problem I see all the time the new part cost a buck and a half and if they did this when they made the refrigerator s you would never had this problem but they don't bother. They are good people.

I called all over and Tony was the only one that was open. I was able to get my part, and fix the AC myself, and save myself about $200 for an emergency service call. Thank you so much for being open! I highly recommend this business for anyone in need of a part or friendly advice. I drove all the way from Stillwater to get this part and it was way worth it!

Replacement part was rediculously expensive on a 7 year old A.O. Smith water heater. Had them install a Rheem of equivalent capacity and efficiency. That water heater had a couple different problems right off the bat stemming from a bad valve or connector from the gas line as well as a manufacturer defect. Shut it down and aired out the basement. Called them and they came out the next day, made a quick/temporary fix to get everything up and running. About a week later they came back to finish everything up. City inspection passed.

We could not have asked for more. Tony offered to help us with the old dehumidifier and the clear was very helpful with buying the new one. The microwave we wanted was on the floor, so we got to see it before we bought it. The installation was quick and very professionally done. This store and the people were outstanding. We will never buy another appliance anywhere else if we can avoid it.
