Description of Work: My refrigerator failed on 7/3. Called the place I puchased it--no service avail for 5 days! They ref'd me to another provider. 45 minutes on hold. No response, and no ability to leave a message. Looked for local provider. Tony's sent a tech within 3 hours, who recommended a new refrigerator. Purchased that afternoon. Delivery set for Monday aft holiday weekend. They called me at 4 & offered free delivery on 7/4. Wow!

Description of Work: I bought a washer and dryer from Tony's. I had checked a "department store" known for selling tools, a chain appliance store, and a big box "home" store. I went back to Tony's because they were so nice, friendly, and helpful compared to the others. To "save" money at one of the stores, I would have to take out a credit card with them. Tony's delivery and installation was less than the others (one third of what one of the others charge), and they install washers with stainless steel hoses at no extra charge (others charge $16 to $30 for those hoses). They delivered and installed the washer and dryer the next day. The installation men were very nice and gave me time to clean up where the old washer and dryer had been sitting before they brought in the new ones. They also checked the lower part of my dryer vent to make sure it was clean (it vents out up through the wall and out the roof). I would definitely recommend that you check them out for appliances, water heaters, and HVAC equipment.

Description of Work: Literally took the repair guy minutes to fix the damper in my Frigidaire refrigerator. Only thing is that for an $80 part and a about $150 labor, I wish he took the time to checkout other components to make sure my fridge will keep running for a long time.
