Description of Work: They replaced a part on our refrigerator. They responded the same day and made it out within a few hours to look at our refrigerator that was not cooling. They had the part in stock and were able to return the same day to replace. Very good experience.

Description of Work: We needed to replace all of our kitchen appliances. We went to Tonys and Home Depot. Both provided similar estimates but Home Depot had many add ons such as extra for installation of the dishwasher, then the oven, appliance removal, etc. All of that was included in Tonys lower install pricing. We ordered Kitchen Aid from Tonys and stated that we needed all delivered by a certain date. The only item on backorder was the refrigerator but they said we'd have by our desired date. They went above and beyond to our dishwasher looked perfect in it's place. Our previous dishwasher had an inch and a half gap from the top of it to the bottom of the countertop. This happened when we replaced our old countertops with granite several years back. The installers at Tony's made it all look perfect, fixing that gap. The refrigerator we ordered did not come in by our date but the staff at Tonys called and said they'd deliver a loaner. The backorder could have happened with whomever we purchased from but I could not see a Home Depot bringing us a loaner at no charge. We had a great experience with Tony's from start to finish. We'd definitely work with them again.

Description of Work: I called them out to repair dishwasher door when the mechanism that holds the door broke. The manufacturer's hotline was going to have to get a back-ordered part and it was going to take a couple of weeks. Tony's had the part in stock and sent someone right away. He was an exceptionally pleasant, friendly repairman and not only took care of that problem, but two others that had to do with improper installation. Actually, I give them an A+ on the whole experience!
