Tim did a wonderful job on my carpet which was at least 15-20 years old and had only been spot cleaned. Got out all the stains. Explained everything about how he did the cleaning, how the chemical work, outcome to expect, etc. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, and was able to schedule quickly.

Tim is very professional and personable. He measured the areas to be cleaned, so there were no unpleasant surprises at the end. The final charge was as estimated, and very reasonable. The age of our carpet ranged from three years old to 15 years. We had Berber, cut pile, and sculptured carpet, as well as stairs. All carpets came out cleaner and softer than I ever expected, a very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend Tim's Carpet Cleaning!

My carpet is very old and very used up. We are trying to sell our home and needed the carpet to be cleaned up. Tim came and gave an estimate. Tim worked with our budget and had really good input as far as the important spots to hit and he saved us some money by doing that instead of the whole house. He charged by the yardage instead of by the number of rooms which everybidy else seems to do. I think it resulted in a larger bill. Had to ask for senior discount.

Tim did an excellent job in both explaining what he could do and then accomplished fantastic results. he was able to remove pet stains. carpets look new.
