Tim was very organized and did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets. I especially appreciated his phone call ahead of time to let me know he was coming (both for the estimate visit and the actual cleaning). He was very helpful and professional about explaining what he would be doing and why. I found Tim to be very personable and professional. I would happily hire him again.

There has got to be a better solutions for certain stains. Tim is a great guy and knowledable in his profession. I didn't get all of my carpets cleaned because of old pet stains and may be other stains. He did not take advantage of the circumstance and I would definetely hire his service again. Thank you Tim
