Overall I'm very pleased. Although they are in Albertville and I live in Lakeville, they were on time and easy to schedule. I contacted them based on Angie's List recommendations. Since we were unsure of the quality and functionality of our sprinkler system, we needed a professional's opinion. From the beginning, I felt very comfortable with them. They checked each sprinkler head, zone, and watering times. Since this is the first time I've had a sprinkler system, I had a lot of basic questions which were answered in a way I could understand without feeling like I've been talked down to. He suggested I install a rain sensor which I agreed to. I was given two options to choose from (wireless or wired) and he installed it right away. A few weeks later, I had noticed our system was running at odd times throughout the day and after a recent rainfall. Not knowing the cause, I called them to have another inspection. They came out the next day and told me a wire w/ the sensor was in the wrong spot and that our system had multiple schedules running. He fixed everything promptly at no charge. I'm very happy and pleased!

Chris put in an irrigation system for us and has maintained it since. He does the spring and fall work. We had our control box have an issue about a year after he installed it. He responded to my voicemail immediately, came out, and installed a new box. This is through no fault of his! We have even screwed up the programming ourselves and Chris came over and fix it for us. He is professional and did a great job. We would certainly hire him again for irrigation if we needed it. We have since used him for landscaping.

It went very well. Like I mentioned above, the tech did a great job going through the system making sure that the system was all flowing properly & covering the areas it should. He was very knowledgeable and even though it was raining out, spent his time accessing the system making sure it was working well.

it went well, he showed up as scheduled and even though it was cold/rainy the guy was pleasant. I have 2 dogs and he interacted well with them.

We scheduled and they needed to reschedule, but did so way in advance, so I appreciate the courteousness. Had to remind him of the Angie's List discount, but they provided it. The service person was very thorough - informed us of some problems and recommendations for fixing the problems. We will contact them in the spring. The other company we were using was non-responsive to our concerns.

These guys were prompt with a quote, but it took several weeks to get on their busy schedule. They were a bit late in arriving, but stayed until any/all my work and questions were answered. They were excellent about minimizing lawn damage, were extremely professional, and I'd hire them again. Great experience.

The service they provided went very well.

Chris, the owner, arrived on time and took his time going into detail about what he would recommend. His estimate included the plumbing, which he arranged. A couple of companies that also bid did not include the plumbing component, ($400-600 more) and even suggested that I had to find my own plumber to do it. The fact that Chris' bid INCLUDED everything, including the plumbing, was a big part of the sale. The crew arrived when I was told they would and finished the job on the same day. There were no problems and the system works great.

Chris was very prompt and his crew was just as professional. We had a water main problem and Chris was very patient and came back numerous time to make sure that everything worked and adjusted some of the heads. Wonderful crew. I highly recommend them!

Right from the beginning Chris was very responsive. He proactively called me to find out if I had received his bid details and if I needed any further information. This responsiveness continued throughout the preparatory period - prior to doing the work, continued over the two days the work was performed and has continued through the follow up period. He AND his team were professional and a delight to work with.

I found Advanced Irrigation here on Angie's List and I have been very happy with the work that Chris and Advanced Irrigation has done for me. I've used them a few times now for small repairs and have been happy with the service they've provided and their professionalism. I plan on using them again in the future for all my irrigation needs.

We had 6 companies come out for quotes. Chris came in with a very competitive bid. One of the things we liked about this company was the "one stop shopping" aspect. He was able to complete all aspects of our goal. The irrigation took only 1 day to install. The new landscaping was taken care of the next day. They took care with several tricky areas and hand dug when needed. The trenching machine did tear up the lawn some, but there is really no way to avoid it. The crew spread seed and now, a month later, the yard is looking much better. Everything was cleaned up well. We requested that he come out and adjust one sprinkler head that had "sunk." He readily agreed to come, but admitted he wasn't sure how long it would be; he come out in just a couple days and fixed it. Chris is very willing to answer all questions and is generally willing to make the customer happy. He and his crew are all hard working, friendly and professional.

Chris and his team installed a 6 zone lawn irrigation for my home near Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis. I am very pleased. Chris is a knowledgeable professional. The plumbing was subbed to Stewart Plumbing and they installed copper piping from the main. This is the only way to plumb an irrigation system in order to get the pressure necessary to drive the system. Chris and his team were in and out in one day. He delivered everything he promised and I would recommend his company very highly.

We were impressed with the entire process - from quote to project completion. Chris & his team were very prompt & professional. They got started early in the day & completed the installation the same day. We would absolutely recommend Chris & his crew to anyone looking for a great company that puts their customers first!

Good&Bad. They delivered conduit to go under our new sidewalk to run their pipes (and my outdoor lighting) through. This was great. Chris came with the crew (am) and went over things with them. The bad part is that my yard was really demolished by the installation and unfortunately, when they were done at the end of the day, they were too tired and hot, to do ANY clean up. I left a message for Chris that evening, and he called early, the next day. I think he thought, I was over reacting, but he did come out & look at the yard. He apologized & since then, has been trying to resurrect the yard. He has seeded twice, repaired a cracked joint which, left a boggy area and made sure the RPZ valve was tested (not initially performed). I had so many issues with this job, that I waited until now to give him a fair chance to repair the damage. He has done a good job of correcting what he could. Now time, will hopefully take care of the rest. His foreman, failed him on this job.

The owner of this company, Chris, was a very reliable and trustworthy person who gave us a very reasonable estimate and performed the work in a timely and satisfactory manner. We had one sprinkler head that needed an adjustment, and he came out right away to fix it. He also called to tell us when he would be in the area if we wanted him to winterize our system.

The crew was at work before 7:30 in the morning and stayed until 8 at night to finish the job. When they found an underpressured zone, they added a new valve and zone rather than piggybacking on an existing zone. Very professional, care about quality work.

The fellows came or called when they said they would. They fixed the problem for less than I was quoted.

Chris responded promptly to my request and was extremely polite - and in fact was the one that recommended Angie's list to me! His price was lower than other quotes for the same product. Chris worked around our moving date and did a great job going through some pretty big roots in the front yard and placed the larger boxes out of the way of the main backyard play area (something that's happened at other houses I've seen). He also was helpful in explaining the system for us and showing us how it works.

They did excellent work installing the irrigation system. They were very personable. Everyone was very careful of my garden. They are responsive whenever I call.
