Excellent. Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

They had to come back 3 times because they didn't have the right supplies. Each time, a different technician came out who didn't have all the information from the prior technician. A couple months after they completed the project, I got a water bill from the city that was 4x my usual bill. Turns out, I have a leak in the system that has been there for a couple of months (i.e. was there when they were here or they created the problem). I have contacted the provider to return and repair the leak and thus far haven't heard back. I have heard back from the provider and they have offered to review the problem when turning the sprinklers on in the Spring and giving me some kind of a discount then. I trust they'll do as they say and I'm revising my grades accordingly at this time.

I purchased an online deal through Angie's List for $25 that included a consultation on landscaping as well as a $100 credit towards the final cost if the bid was accepted. Despite the purchase the company never reached out to me to schedule a time despite being told that I'd be contacted within a couple days. I sent a message but never heard a response. Angie's List contacted me asking if the service had been performed yet to which I said no but still I was never contacted. I ended up going with a different Landscaping company who were punctual and excellent.

I was very impressed, and I am planning to call them back to have them shut off my system for the winter.

My wife dealt with him. She said he was nice and everything went fine. He did the job that he said he would do for the price that he said he would do it, and then he charged a little more for the extra repairs that he did. We would use him again. Everything was good.

We received a refund and sought another provider.

Called Advanced Irrigation on Tuesday 8/19/14, spoke with representative to set up service appointment for broken sprinkler head and sprinkler tune-up. Appointment was set for Thursday 8/21 at 2pm with Mark. I received a phone call from Advanced on 8/20 requesting a change in appointment time to 8am as they would be in my area for another appointment. I rearranged my morning schedule and made the 8am appointment work. Waited for provider until 9:30 am assuming they were running a bit late for the 8am appointment but did not receive a phone call. At 9:30 I called Advanced and spoke with Craig who apologized and said Mark had some scheduling conflicts and asked if the appointment could be rescheduled to 4-5pm later that day. Once again I made sure to accommodate the change and waited until 4:53pm without Mark showing up. Once again, I called Advanced and spoke with Craig again asking if Mark was still going to be here for the rescheduled appointment. Craig apologized and said he would reach out to determine where he was at and a new ETA. Finally, Mark called me 25 minutes later and said the appointments for this day were all mixed up and gave an insincere apology for his lack of communication. He said he could finish up the job he was working on and could be at my home in another hour or so. Considering I had already waited over 2.5 hours in one day for the appointment, I declined and said I would take my business elsewhere. I have used Angie's List for many projects and have always been satisfied. I trust the reviews I read on Angie's List, and almost always speak highly of the contractors I have hired. However, based on my experience today with Advanced Irrigation I would suggest looking for another provider.

Took four hours, but there was a lot to do. System works fine now. Mark was careful and knowledgable.

Showed up for the appointment on time, walked around my yard to get my ideas for what I wanted done. Indicated he would write up a couple of estimates for the work wanting to be complete (doing the work piece meal or one complete job) then said he be back in touch within 3 to 4 days. That was July 10. It's now one month later and have still not heard anything from the company. Of course I purchased a coupon from Angie's list for the work and now I have nothing but a tour of my yard with a "professional" to show for my investment.

Still waiting for a call . . . writing this review in hopes that it motivates them to actually call me.

It went well. The crew showed up early and worked until almost 8pm to get the job done. They had to work around some buried electrical and new plantings and they did a great job ensuring no damage. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood how to use the system before leaving. They set up the system's initial programming to be ready for our sod delivery so that we would not have to do it. We used this service in our old home and they were always very responsive and honest. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that our landscaper works with them in our new location and were happy to do business with them again.

It went very well. Nick was very polite,respectful and courteous. A total professional! Very knowledgeable about his trade as well. Gave me a lot of great information and advice on how to keep my sprinkler system working properly. He is definitely an asset to his employer!!!

The technician showed up on time during crummy weather and replaced 8 heads and capped a line for us. They also came back right away to fix a minor issue we noticed.

We have been using Advanced Irrigation for several years. Always pleased with their responsiveness, work, and professionalism. Would definitely recommend to any one.

I have worked with Advance Irrigation for the past few years for a couple of things. I first called them to come to my place and repair many heads and leaks on my sprinkler system. Nick did such a great job and was communication was awesome! I now have them come out every spring to do my irrigation start up and every fall to do my winterization. They are very thorough and make sure my system is running efficiently. I also use them to do my Lawn Fertilizing. James, their fertilizing tech makes sure my lawn is taken care of properly and always answers any questions I may have. The Advanced Irrigation team have always been prompt and great to work with. I would refer Advanced Irrigation to any homeowner! A+

We will not be going with this company for future irrigation service. We were quoted one price based on a thorough inspection, but once the service was complete, the bill was about twice as high as quoted. We were okay with a bit of an increase because we wanted a rain sensor to be installed. Additionally, they were not responsive when scheduling a time to have the repair done. When we did have time scheduled, they wouldn't show up and did not call to let us know they would have to reschedule. We took time off of work in order to be at our house to make sure the repair was being done properly. This happened more than once. They would also show up when we were not home (which I specifically said that someone needed to be home) and performed work, some of which was incorrect - they were digging in areas that did not need attention, causing more issues later. The work was satisfactory, but the management is horrible. They have one person do the quote and then others perform the work without knowing what needs to be done. If the work is not finished in one day, they send a totally different crew to finish, but they are not aware of what was done and what needs to be completed. Their documentation of projects/repairs needs to be reworked so that any crew can come and perform work without the homeowner needing to go through exactly what needs to be done and where things were left off. As a side note, smoking on when on the job (on the client's property) is absolutely unprofessional behavior!!!

Chris, the company president, came to my house to look at the problem and gave me a competitive estimate for the work, after which I ended up hiring his company. They showed up in time and with a large crew, and quickly set about tearing up the backyard, "grading" it, and installing the irrigation system. I was super happy the first day, especially because Chris himself was there to supervise the work during the morning. Unfortunately, he didn't show up again for the duration of the project. Still, by the time they ended the yard looked good and I was very happy with the results....until it rained. The yard flooded even worse than before! It soon became evident that the new lawn was full of significant low spots and that the grading was poorly done. The beautiful new lawn began to drown and die. Water accumulation was especially bad around my kids' playground, which meant they couldn't enjoy the yard. After weeks of badgering Chris over the phone, I finally got him to send someone to "fix" the mess they had made. But they didn't re-do the whole backyard as was needed; just the small area around the playground. After that, Chris simply stopped answering and returning my calls. Since Advanced Irrigation has neglected to address the problems they caused in my house, I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Advanced Irrigation Inc never came back. He checked the nozzles and then he found out that some of the heads weren't working. He was supposed to come back to move the heads and he never came back. He seemed knowledgeable.

They were fast and professional. I would use them again.

Initial meeting was 30 minutes, reviewing overall landscape, planning and working through problem areas and challenges with our lot. On the day of install, crew showed up at exactly the time planned, and were equipped with everything to complete. Within the first 30 minutes, the foreman raised a suggestion for a change to the plan that simplified the install and resulted in the same coverage with less impact to our lawn. Crew was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Excellent. Chris responded promptly to our request for an estimate and answered all questions. His rate was very competitive with others we received. The install team showed up on time as planned and did a great job. Everything was done in one day including the plumbing connections to the house. The in ground box with all valves, etc. was installed in the surrounding landscape and not in the grass - a nice bonus. The installer came back 2 days later, on a Sunday when we were home to review the system with us. He also showed us all the sprinkler circuits and made a few adjustments to several sprinklers so that they watered the landscape more - a preference we had. The system is very flexible and easy to use. In just a couple weeks are yard looks better than it ever has.

Designed and installed irrigations system for lawn and our gardens. We have lots of garden areas which required several different types of spray heads. Crew was professional and knew what they were doing. They cared about doing the job well. Company has maintained the system since installation and have been helpful in answering questions and making adjustments.

The installers worked hard, and dug quickly. On occasions, they worked through rain. The team carefully removed and replaced plantings, mulch and sod and reseeded turf areas they disturbed. At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned the area. In places it was difficult to tell where they had been. In the final phase, homeowners were given the option of extending installation of the irrigation system beyond the common areas into their private areas and Chris and his team worked in a cooperative effort to incorporate these additions and adjusted their schedule to accommodate homeowners who wished to personally move their plantings. Overall, Advanced Irrigation did an excellent job even though the installation was not without complications. There were delays in completing the project and during the process of installing the sprinkling system, cables were cut. The delays were caused by periods of excessive rain and the necessity to obtain City permits to tunnel beneath a street. All cables at the complex are underground. The cable company lays another cable every time they restore service or upgrade quality. Given the maze of underground cables, both working and not working, it is understandable that cables could be cut.

They were very professional. The job took about a day if I remember correctly.
