They did a bunch of work and seemed to charge more than we were expecting so I went back to them and they neglected to include the prepaid 77 dollars to the bill and they redid it and it was good.

Replaced some heads and adjusted some.

I thought it mostly went fine. However, some of the sprinkler heads were not set appropriately, which meant that the technician had to be brought out multiple times. Also, the system stopped working this year (2015) after the technician had been out to get it going for the new season.

The tech. discovered 3 heads not working properly and offered to replace them for $65.00 plus labor. He proceeded to install and adjust them in 15 minutes. The total time here was just under 1 hour. The reason I didn't give them an A overall is when I received the invoice they charged me for 2 hours labor at $50.00 per hour. When I called about it I explained the situation and told them I would pay for 1 hour but not 2. The person later called me back and said they would send me a new invoice with just 1 hour labor charged.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a landscaping plan and estimate. The cost of the deal was $25 for the estimate and potentially $100 towards a project. I was contacted via a message on Angie's List right away and was asked for my number and email. It was about 3 days later that I was contacted and we set up a time for an in person estimate. Jeff, came out and was earlier than his scheduled time. We chatted about some bushes in my front yard that I wanted to have removed and replaced. He took some pictures and said I would be contacted with an estimate and also some pictures of what I wanted to have done. I have no heard anything from the company since. So I paid $25 for an estimate that I never received and this company gives estimates for free without Angie's List. I'm disappointed with this experience.

After I bought the "deal", I got a response within a very reasonable amount of time, at most a few days. I believe it was Jeff who came out and discussed what I was looking for in terms of re-landscaping my back yard. He said he would have a proposal including pictures of various types of bushes and shrubs we might use within a few days. I didn't hear anything from him, so in about a month I called and left a message for him to get back to me. He never returned my call. I called again in about another month and still no response. We've decided to wait until next year to proceed with this project as it's almost the end of June and it will take time to contact other providers for estimates, choose one, and begin the work.

Excellent job. On time, listening to my service needs and quickly did the necessary work. Then reviewed the results with me.

The technician discovered and fixed a major problem with the settings that was created the previous year by a different company (that I had only used that year; I had had to change because my old servicer quit doing residential service). I am very pleased, and now have found a new servicer that I will use in the future.

Build and replace two sprinkler manifolds. Also repaired two leaks in the line. We provided all of the replacement sprinkler heads and valves. Service was excellent and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend them. Will use their service again in the future.

The person I met with was very nice and knowledgeable, and I felt he had a good grasp on what I am looking for. I was really looking forward to receiving my plan. I paid $25 for a landscaping plan, which through the Angie's List deal included a $100 credit on a purchase with Advanced Irrigation. During the course of my meeting, I learned that they do the plans for free, but the $100 credit was the benefit to the Angie's List deal. So, basically, I've paid $25 for something I could have had for free. I am skeptical as to whether I will ever receive a plan, and given the lack of responsiveness and timeliness thus far I would be apprehensive about moving forward on a project with this company--which is where the value would have been. The only reason I didn't rate the overall experience "F" is because my experience while the representative was at my home was very positive. I gave them "C" for professionalism because my face to face experience was "A" but the followup was incomplete.

The technician arrived late, but there was road construction everywhere and traffic was at a dead stop, so I can't blame him, and it wasn't a big deal. The tech. seemed knowledgeable and recommended replacing 4 sprinkler heads and digging out and raising two. I knew that I had at least one head that probably needed to be replaced and was not too surprised that others needed to be replaced after the winter and the snowplows going over them, which is why I purchased the tune-up special at $69. Since the company that installed my system charges $100 just to come out, this was a good deal for me. The technician seemed thorough and I would use this company again.

Look beautiful, Glad I work from home so I could talk with the workers. There was some details I discussed with the designer that were not communicated well to the landscaper. In the end what I needed was complete as I wanted. They were helpful in meeting my tight time frame.

We had a good meeting and was happy he came out so quickly. Was worth the $25 to me but then follow through was really slow with the quote for clean up, mulching and potentially ripping out and replacing an area with new perennials. After making a couple of inquiries about the quote and not hearing back, I had decided to do work myself with help from neighbor boy and family. I finally heard back but too late. Wheels were already turning on our action plan. The representative did state personal reasons for the tardy response but I feel a quick call or e-mail letting me know what's going on would have been helpful.

Service Tech repaired Main Sprinkler pipe. He did a good job on that. As far as the sprinkler tune up goes it was a joke. He said I had (19) heads out of (30) that should be replaced because they were leaking. I ask if he adjusted the heads and he said yes. I said I would think on it.Today I turned on the sprinkler system and found several heads that did not come up because the the grass had settled around them over the winter. I reached down and took 10 seconds to clear the grass and the head popped right up. I found other heads that were watering part of the driveway.Clearly the service tech did not spend any time on adjusting the heads. I think I spent $70.00 to get a sales pitch.

Jeff was very nice. Showed up on time, asked questions and took notes. However, I never received a quote or other follow-up.

15 calendar days after meeting we have not heard back. I contacted the company through the Angie's List Messages section 4 days ago and have not had a response. Hard to give a rating to the company -- initial visit was on time and courteous. Just never heard back from them.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness Nikk demonstrated. Additionally when he discovered my sprinkler heads were aged and leaking, he took great care to show and explain the issues so I could understand. He then worked with his company to get a slot scheduled for the very next week to come back and fix / replace all the sprinkler heads. He also took great care to ensure the electric fence for the dog and all the areas he had to dig up were back in place. Extremely impressed!

Mark was fantastic- efficient, professional, definitely an expert at what he does, showed me malfunctioning pieces, always checked to see if I wanted the additional items done, made sure that I understood what he was saying, etc. I now realize the importance of having the work done by an established Angie's List company rather than someone who drives up in an unmarked truck and offers us a great deal. They did the services that were provided in the big deal, lawn irrigation, sprinkler tune up. I believe it had something to do with the beginning of the season getting the system up for the season. It had been winterized so they came in and got the system up and did a tune up and did additional work replacing some of the heads that were broken or cracked. Everything was working fine when they left.

The service went well. I was not home while they did the service. They did a good job and I have no complaints about the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal.
