Description of Work: Started up sprinkler system, replaced two heads.

Description of Work: When the technician arrived he was under the impression that he was hired to start up the irrigation system for the season, rather than perform a tune-up. However, once I explained to him which service I purchased, he then did the tune-up instead. | |He cleaned one or 2 heads and saw 2 that he felt needed replacing. These were replaced at no extra charge. He also gave me a couple tips on doing minor troubleshooting and repairs of the sprinkler heads. | |I thought he could have slowed down a little bit in responding to my questions and given me just a little more time, so that was why I gave him a B on professionalism. But overall it wasn't that big a deal.

Description of Work: Checked sprinkler system as stated in $79 offer. Found one sprinkler head that did not turn, recommended I replace. I asked how much, and did not get a direct quote, nor a billing. That could be done "later". Just an estimate of around $50. Turned out to be over $80. If anything is done, they start billing at minimum of $50 and as if this their first hour - even though replacing sprinkler head was 15 min or less.

Description of Work: The initial person out to check my sprinkler system did not do a complete job. The owner of the company personally checked his work and redid the work at no additional cost. Pretty impressive.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect and tune up system. Also had them check two leaks, which were repaired, and 2-4 heads were replaced. Very professional, go the work done quickly, effectively. I will use them again!

Description of Work: Spring sprinkler tune up. Replaced 3 heads at $25/ea. plus they charged for labor. $55 for an hour but I calculated less time. That's too high for this type of a job and I thought overall they were overpriced.

Description of Work: Showed up on time and worked very quickly. I'm not sure how thorough he really was as he was in and out quite fast. Had a broken sprinkler head that he replaced for an additional fee, which I thought was a bit high because he charged an additional hour of service, but overall it was done and done right.

Description of Work: We were very happy with this company. The young man they sent went above and beyond to adjust the sprinkler heads, replace those that were not working, replace valves and even moved one head that was behind a bush. We would call them again if needed.
