Description of Work: Michelle is a very sweet and professional lady. I've only used a few hours of the 16 hours I bought and so far so good with the exception of the work of one of her helpers. However Michelle is willing to make up the hours to correct the housework that was not done adequately. I will report again when all the hours have been used.
