She did a good job. I was afraid the whole time she's here by the way she looked. She did a wonderful job though and she stayed extra. There was no additional cost. In fact, she was supposed to inform me a week or two later her schedule but she never did. I wouldn't have her back.

There were pros and cons from my perspective. The cleaning was outstanding, but in over nine hours she only got through two rooms of my house. Its not that she didn't do a detailed job, but that it was so detailed that my whole house did not get the cleaning that it needed. I would liked to just pay a flat rate for the whole job itself, rather than not get all of the work done for the time I payed for. I gave her a list over the phone of what I wanted her to do, which she didn't bring with her. I felt like sometimes she was so focused on the specific details that she missed the broader strokes.

Beautiful . She cleaned my house so clean that it looked like a hotel room. She did little cute things that made it special. My shower has never been so ..clean! I should have been paying attention to what she was doing so that I could learn from her. I have fibromyalgia. I have been sick for a long time and not able to clean the house properly. My husband has tried but he works 14 hrs.

Michele works hard not just cleaning but in netting your expectations. Sweet girl

This company spent a total of 13 hours in our home and only managed to get 10 mini blinds, the kitchen, family room and one bathroom cleaned. All appliances were new so limited effort was needed. As my husband and I walked around, we could not see where there was much improvement except for the blinds. Expensive lesson learned ($240) - get firm-fixed price not hourly rate. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this company - absolutely mo magic or miracles.

I called and left a message with Magic & Miracles, Michelle Pontrelli, for cleaning services-I never received a call back, even to say they were overbooked. Very unprofessional! I can not say that I would use their services in the future for there were not any services done to base a decision on, but if I base it on their unprofessionalizm of not calling back after 3 days-then no, I will not or would I recommend their services to anyone.

The absolutely best job by any vendor doing any project I've ever experienced. The work was scheduled for a Friday afternoon the day before we moved into the house. They ended up behind schedule due to other projects and couldn't begin to work until late evening. They literally worked all night until noon the next day so that when the movers arrived everything would be ready.

SHE IS A LITTLE WORK HORSE! WOULD RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY BUT NEED TO CATCH HER AS SHE IS NOW SOOOO BUSY!

This was great. You can actually split the time up. They send out 2 workers and bring out all of the supplies. Getting appointment set up is easy. They were very particular with their work and a pleasure to work with. I plan on calling them soon to finish the deal.

She did a great job! She was able to tackle my master shower which is a disaster and it looked like new. Highly recommend.

It is always so nice to come home to a clean house after a long day at work. Especially when I didn't have to clean it. I like that I can communicate with them via text or email. My dogs really like them. When I get home they always leave a card behind. They are friendly and helpful. I was nervous about hiring someone because we are not clean or neat people. So I sucked it up and got over the embarrassment and I'm so glad I did. They put me at ease from the first appointment.

The first cleaning of this "Big Deal" was amazing. They were very detailed and did an excellent job. They returned for the second visit and did another excellent job. They are very friendly and were just a pleasure to work with.

I was hesitant to leave them alone in rooms when I couldn't directly supervise them. There was just a vibe I got. They did what I asked them to for the most part, but I think, I just overwhelmed her with the amount of things I asked her to do. A couple of things was forgotten, but I really asked a lot of them. On the other hand, the entire time they were here, she gave me 8 hours of hard work. She was a little late, but she notified me that she's going to be late.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. The first time she came out, she came out by herself and she did a very thorough job of cleaning the house. She wasn't the fastest person we've ever seen cleaning but she wasn't bad. This was the first time we used them.

I have used Michele 4xs. She's very good. She mainly cleans the house for me. This time had her set up items for a garage sale and she did an excellent job. I hate garage sales so this was fantastic for me. She s alittle hard to get ahold of but she calls you back. She does a good job and is fun to have her here. Everything sparkles when shes done.What ever you need done she will do it and do it right. She's trust worthy funny and a good worker. A real pleasure to have her.

A little late for the initial appointment and had a poor assistant. I got the impression she had just started her business and was overwhelmed by the response she got to the big deal she offered on Angie's List. She did not have the proper equipment to clean blinds and used a short cut method that required her to clean them again on the next visit. Michele made up for the poor assistant by not counting the time the assistant spent in the house against the contract total. She was far more prepared and professional the remainder of the visits to finish the contract. She seems to be a very good person that is working hard to do the best possible cleaning job and be as professional as possible. All in all, I was pleased with the job and I would expect her to continue to get better and more professional in the future. As a result I would use her again if I have the need.

They're an excellent housekeeper. The girl that came to do the job did an awesome job in cleaning the house. She's meticulous, knows what she's doing and very friendly. Overall she did a great job.

Bought coupon in December, called Michelle in April, they came the next week. Great company!

Once we settled on a date, came out and performed what was needed. No problems and did an excellent job.

I have scheduled with Michelle to come on a regular basis to clean my home.

The person contacted me after I purchased the clean through Angie's list. I was scheduled to be cleaned for three weeks later. When I spoke with her, I believe her name was Michelle, she said that she woudl contact me a day or so prior to the clean ot make final arrangements so she could get into my house as I let her know I would be at work during that time. However, three weeks later my clean date came and I was not contacted by her at all. I did not have contact information for her, so I could not call her. I was already semi uncomfortable with her since she didn't even want to meet prior to coming in and cleaning - that seemed very odd. Anyway, She finally called the morning when she was supposed to clean but I was - as I told her I would be - already at work ~30 miles away so I could not let her in. She offered to reschedule me... another three weeks later - I declined and asked for a refund. This led me to going back to Angie's List ot make this request.

I wouldn't know. Company would never return any of my phone calls.
