Description of Work: Richfield Plumbing repaired value on the water line leading to the ice maker in the refrigerator. They also replaced the plastic line and installed a new copper line. I was given a quote on the phone, arranged a date and time for the installation. They arrived a little late due to the previous call taking longer than expected. Once onsite, the work was done promptly, they cleaned up the area after they were done and said they would mail me a bill. All in all, I was satisfied with the work done by them.

TOOK OUT THE OLD AND PUT IN NEW, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS, THEY ONLY HAD ONE CHOICE FOR TOILETS. THE TECH THEY USED SEEM TO BE INEXPERIENCED AND WHEN HE WENT TO PUT THE CAULKING ON IT WAS MESSY AND IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME. AND NOW WE HAD LEAKING. BID CAME IN AT HALF THE COMPETITION'S. TOOK A COUPLE CALLS TO GET A RETURN CALL AND SET UP AN ESTIMATE VISIT - BUT GLAD I DID.
