They came out to fix the sprinkler and let me know that it could be one other issue if this first fix didn't work, and that if it was, they would work with me on the price and not charge for an additional visit. I had another separate issue with another sprinkler after that and they were extremely accommodating with that one as well. They have been excellent to work with and I have no need to call anyone else. After multiple other stops from other irrigation "professionals", they have had by far the best customer service.

Shane and Luke were a pleasure to work with. Shane came out to our new construction site and gave a fair estimate and told us about their process. He even came out the day before the install to check things out and flag sprinkler areas. They were very flexible with scheduling, always there to answer questions, and even buried my sump pump into the backyard. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and I know if I ever happen to have any issues they will be there to help.

They seem to be very busy, so I didn't get an immediate call back from my message, but when I got a hold of them the next day they were very helpful in finding time to schedule someone to look at my irrigation system. I wasn't sure if the new sod could be watered with the existing system or if I would need to add on. They have repairmen who do the work, but only the owners provide quotes, so she scheduled a repairman to come out on a Thursday morning and the owner on Saturday if the repairman couldn't get it to work for my lawn. They did not show up during the three hour window. When I called in, I found that they were confused by the two dates in their system and cancelled the Thursday service. She apologized and had someone come out later that day. The repairman was excellent and was able to adjust the irrigation system to cover the new sod.

Luke diagnosed quickly, and was there less than an hour.

I like to get multiple estimates but other companies wouldn't even return my calls. So, I don't know how they compare price-wise but they were a great company to deal with. Would hire again and recommend.

Luke was super prompt in coming to do and estimate and answered all my questions. The estimate was much less than I thought it would be. When the day came for the job everyone was there and was happy to explain what they would be doing and how long they estimated it would take. They were wonderful to deal with, careful about our needs, and finished when they said they hoped to even with some delay for rain. We ended up with seven zones because of our water pressure etc. Luke explained how to run the system and make changes when needed. We couldn't be happier. A great job!

This was not an emergency however they were able to provide service quickly. Veryou professional and quickly completed the work within one hour.

He had great customer service. He walked the perimeter of the property and tried to get the best equipment for the best price.I am planning on going with them just trying to convince my spouse.

It went great! We couldn't be happier! Everything went as planned and by the end of the day we have our system up and running with multiple zones set up and with WIFI and Cellphone integration! Luke was very professional and very helpful on explaining everything! Overall we are really happy we did this and would strongly recommend using his company for your sprinkler needs (Installation and maintenance)

The quality is excellent. I've also recommended them to other people. It was a commercial site, I wasn?t there.

very easy to work with-arrived on time. Fixed our sprinkler system (broken lines and a cpl sprinkler heads) for a reasonable price. He programmed our system for us. We later discovered one sprinkler head was still not working quite right and they were out to fix it that day- no questions asked. Great small business!

I called Mr. Rain and left a voice message, and was called back in a reasonable amount of time. A time/date was set, and they arrived on time and did a professional job. Will hire again next year.

Shane and his crew did our initial irrigation installation last year. After getting several bids, we found them to be the best fit, focused on quality and customer service. While they weren't the cheapest, they were well worth the money spent and we have referred them to several people since then. This year, they continue to impress as we have had them out for sprinkler relocation (after landscaping was completed) and sprinkler blow out. Not only were they extremely responsive, but the cost was more than reasonable. When I asked if they could mark all sprinkler heads for an upcoming aeration, Shane came back the following day at no charge and took care of it, going far beyond our expectations. Honestly, we cannot say enough about the customer service we have experienced long after the initial check was written. You cannot go wrong by choosing Mr. Rain for your irrigation needs and we will continue to recommend them to anyone interested!

Mr. Rain was hired to replace our existing sprinkler system that was installed improperly. Shane was very helpful with his quote and designed a new system with about 3 x more heads. His crew showed up on time on the scheduled date and installed the new system over 1 1/2 days. It was pouring rain on the second day and some of the heads weren't quite hitting a few plants. Shane came back and tweaked the heads and also added a few. He wants to get it right. The new system has a rain sensor and can also schedule even / odd days. Our old system didn't have those features and they are very handy. The crew replaced the sod and was very careful of the utility lines.

The installation went well, and took one and a half days to complete. Luke and the installation crew started early the first day, working 8 hours. The second day they worked 4 hours, completing the install which included setting up the main control, adjusting all the spray heads, and cleaning up the yard. Luke returned two months after the initial install when I called about a water coverage concern. After checking the coverage concern the day after my call, Luke exchanged the standard spray heads with MP rotor heads to satisfy my coverage concern. Mr. Rain's, Luke McGuire was always professional, and responsive to my concerns. I would highly recommend Mr. Rain to anyone looking to have a lawn irrigation system installed.

The repairs went great! The great experience started with Caroline answering the phone and getting us scheduled the next day. This was a total surprise and not expected. I had contacted at least 4 other irrigation companies off Angie's List before Mr. Rain Irrigation with A ratings that either never reached out to me or were too busy for our job. Paul the service tech was on time, professional, and very efficient. I even had the opportunity to speak with Shane who took the time to walk me through a question about re-adjusting one of the heads. I would highly recommend Mr Rain Irrigation and will use them in the future for continued irrigation maintenance and repairs.

Always kind and prompt, respectful and professional!

He was very friendly and helpful but spoke very softly and it was hard to understand everything he was saying. He also didn't walk us through all of the cycles in our new system so our front sprinklers were still going off at wrong times and for too long.

Mr. Rain is awesome! Every contact that I had with them from Luke and Shane to Caroline was positive. We moved into our new home late last fall, and were hoping to get our sprinkler system in at the same time we got our landscaping done. Our landscaper recommended Mr. Rain. Unfortunately for us, they were unable to do it last fall (understandable given how last minute we were) due to many prior commitments. I appreciated that right away. It said to me that they value their current customers as much as new customers, and in the future we will be valued as well. As soon as weather was permitting this spring we were on their calendar to get the system installed. They were as kind, responsive, and accommodating as they could be. Their hard work and dedications is evident and I am thankful that we waited for them to do our sprinkler system. We look forward to them continuing to take care of our sprinkler system!
