Description of Work: I had a new roof put on my house. The sequence of events were played out just the way Matt explained when I signed the contract. The dumpster arrived at 7am followed by the crew and they worked and worked hard. They finished before 6pm that evening. My sister was kind enough to research roofers on her Angie's list account. This is where I found Roof's R Us and I was very pleased with this choice.

Description of Work: Roofs R US installed new gutters on our house. They arrived at the appointed time and immediately set to work. We went off to do shopping, errands, etc. and when we returned the job was done and everything was cleaned up. The new gutters have done wonders for our drainage system. In the past, our sump pump ran every few minutes after a rain or snow melt. It rarely goes on now.

Description of Work: Here is what the provider failed to do! We called about a week ago to schedule an estimate based on the offer Roof R Us had posted on Angie's list. We were promised to have someone at our home this morning, June 4, at 7:00 am. Passed 7:00am we received a call wondering if we would have other estimates done as well, then the provider proceeded to give us some flimsy excuses why he couldn't come, among the excuses, that it would be too far for him to service our property (we live in Eagan - what a BALONEY!). We made plans to be home and we trusted his special offer on Angie's list. Which we must say, is fake and we would never trust or recommed this company.
