Overall Roofs R Us did a great job with our project. No surprises - they performed the work as quoted. No issues so far with craftsmanship. I would definitely use them again.

they never showed up. I had all of the shingles on site all they had to do was to show up and do their thing. Not a good way to show their ability to get things done

Very disappointed. I scheduled a visit for an estimate that went very well, the gentleman who came out was very nice and knowledgeable. A few days later I called back to inquire about details on the estimate and whether there was any type of guarantee for the work (estimate states only for full roof). I sent an email and the next day left a message, both went unanswered. I called to company directly and was reassured that my message would be passed on, but still no call back. I then went back to look at reviews and saw one that was very scathing and excruciating in detail which was quite concerning. I am left with the unfortunate impression that they are not willing to back up their work.

They came, estimated, and finished the job quickly. Everything looks great and is ready for the weather again.

We had Roofs R Us assess whether our 20 year roof needed to be replaced. Eric informed us that our roof has the lifespan of approximately 30-40 years and that the discoloration was do to algae and that all the roof needed at this time was a good cleaning. He inspected the roof with us and gave a thorough assessment of our roof. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. When we do need roof services, we will definitely use this company.

The roof started to leak and roofer would not honor their no leak guarantee. We had to pay $3,500 for the repair. When we filed a claim with small claims court the roofer's insurance company paid for the repair and reimbursed us.

Roofs R Us installed a new roof for us five years ago with a 10 year no leak guarantee. The roof started to leak two years later. It leaked into our house causing damage to our walls. The roof continued to leak and the plywood got very soft. We hired an inspector to assess the problem and it was his opinion that the plywood should not have gotten that soft in only five years and he felt it was probably soft when the new roof was installed and it should have been replaced at that time. Matt from Roofs R Us insisted that they were not liable for the repair so we paid $3,500 out of our pocket for the repair. When the shingles were torn off it was found that the plywood was completely rotten and the insulation was wet. There were wet stains on the top of the plywood indicating that the roof was leaking. It was also discovered by a housing inspector that code was not followed with the new roof was installed five years ago. Court proceedings were started against Roofs R Us to recover the cost of the repair. The insurance company for Roofs R Us reimbursed us for the repair after we sent them photos of the damaged area where it was leaking. The people at Roofs R Us were very difficult to deal with and I would not recommend them.

Communication was excellent and the work was professionally done as far as I can tell. Great job!

Superb work, especially by roofer Erik Hofer, who managed the project. They were able to complete the roof (in December), repaired a section of gutter, and built a saddle behind the chimney to facilitate better water and leaf runoff. They arrived as scheduled and finished on schedule. After our horrid winter, we experienced ice dam leak in February. This was likely not the fault of the new roof, but even so, Erik came out himself the very next day and steamed the ice dam away and removed the snow from the section where the leak occurred, all without charging us, calling it a "courtesy call"! All-in-all, a fabulous job, with Mr. Hofer in particular standing out for his customer service.

Excellent work finished in one day. No sign that they had even been there by the time I got home from work. Very satisfied!

Fantastic from start to finish. On time and professional. Moises was great to work with, making sure the job was done correctly, and we were informed and satisfied with every step of the process.

The roofing went very well, and it looks great! It started with Reed's exceptional work with the insurance company. The adjusters had to come out several times. Reed was with us every time, helping us and directing the adjuster's attention to damaged areas. We received a full insurance settlement. Then we started working with Luke and Moises. Luke was very committed to our satisfaction, and came up with effective solutions to some of the problems with our last roof. He was always prompt and ready to problem solve. Moises was project manager. He and his crew effectively dealt with some unique challenges such as roofing a circular turret, and keeping track of antique Victorian roof hardware. It also rained almost the entire time that the roofing was underway. We were so impressed with their hard work. On the downside, due to the rain and heavy equipment our long and narrow gravel driveway turned to mud. Luke eventually arranged for a load of gravel and a bobcat, which we think has taken care of the problem. The lawn was also terribly dug up and indented due to the rain and the "lift" machine brought in to help with the turret. Moises worked on several occasions to fill the holes and plant with grass seed, and we believe it will be better in the spring.

We needed to have a fairly simple repair done to replace a bit of flashing that had blown off some time ago. We got the bid in late summer, thought about it, and finally booked the work. The price seemed high for what needed doing, but we'd delayed for so long we chose to go with the bid. On the day scheduled, my husband waited all day for the worker, who never showed up. When he called he was told the guy would be coming soon. By the end of the work day, he was very frustrated, and called to leave a message that the guy should not bother that evening. The next day we made arrangements for the worker to come the following day, and insisted that we get a phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. We did not not get that confirmation call that morning, but the guy did show up first thing that morning. On the day the service was done, the worker did very good work, which is why we might hire them again. So overall, communications were weak, but the work was done well.

They did a great job of taking me through the process of getting a quote, choosing shingles, etc. The installation was quick, timely and well-done. Couldn't be happier.

We had thought it was good work by the Roofs R Us guy....little did we know the problem was hidden by his "repair" and roof tune-up and now we have thousands of dollars of additional repairs to do. In addition, the Roofs R Us guys are now estimating almost $10,000 to fix the roof. We will not be using them again! The coupon we bought for a roof tune-up? Other roofers had VERY bad things to say about what the guy did. This Roofs R Us does offer a 15 year warranty for an additional $500+, according to their estimate, but what good is it if they cannot warrant they will be in business then?

Roofs R Us (Reed) helped us on a roof repair project. Reed was nothing short of brilliant and practical and our project was handled with excellence, at a fair price, and done quickly. We would highly recommend this company.

We have used Roofs R Us twice to replace portions of our roof. Both time, they were punctual and finished the job quickly. We feel very happy to have a new roof over our head!

The installers took time to figure out the best places for downspouts and rain barrels, and explained how to connect and disconnect the rain barrels for winter. Everyone I talked to from this company was very responsive. The gutters look great. Very pleased!

I had an appointment that was rescheduled, and then no one showed up for the second appointment. I called to inquire about a quote and left a message. I got a call back that they were declining to even give me a quote. If these are their communication practices, I can only imagine what a nightmare they must be to work with.

I got the honest answer I needed on the house, but we did need our garage roof replaced due to age. They did a great job and I would hire them again.
