Description of Work: We needed a new roof and if you don't use Roofs Are Us, you will not get the quality and workmanship of this company!

Description of Work: The Roofs R Us team put a fabulous new roof on our house last fall after a huge hailstorm. They did an absolutely amazing professional job on a high, steep, multi-angled roof! We had always wanted a gutter along the back of our house, but other bigger roofing companies had refused in the past when we last reroofed. So we suffered for years with rain running straight off our high steep roof and splatting right by our patio doors. Last fall, Matt came up with a wonderful design that supported the gutters on the steep roof. They had initially planned to use long support straps, but then decided this under support would work better. They then wrapped it in matching clad, and it is fabulous. I liked it so much that we had them come back this spring and do the same thing to the existing gutters on the mansard roof. They are better supported and look beautiful. Matt and the Roofs R Us crew do amazing work. They are also extremely professional, punctual, and wonderful to work with. They are the best!

Description of Work: It is really an A-. The estimate was excellent and the work was prompt and well executed. I only discovered later that a had a few rips in window screens due to falling shingles etc.

Description of Work: They replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts, and completely redid the venting of the roof. There was a miscommunication about part of the job relating to the chimney, so they had to redo some of the work. That is why I gave them a B for punctuality, because the job took longer than it would have without the mistake. But they immediately admitted their mistake and corrected it promptly and cheerfully. We were very satisfied with their professionalism.

Description of Work: They replaced the whole roof including some rotted put plywood underneath, all new fascia and soffit, re wrapped 13 windows and replaced the gutters. They gave us an estimate on the spot and got us in the schedule. It looks amazing and they did a good job cleaning up.

Description of Work: The rainiest week of October I found water dripping in the kitchen. Called Roofs R Us and got on the list. Unfortunately they were busy because of the continuous rains that week. Turns out that 3 of the 5 vents were leaking because the hole was cut too big and water was sneaking in under the shingles. Moses came out re-planked the area around the vents, put down frost shield and replaced the vents. Even came out on a Saturday to finish up. So far, could not be happier with their work.
