Everything went very smoothly — from getting the bid to the guys coming out and finishing both projects (at 2 different houses) on the same day. I had a fairly new low-slope roof on the back side of the house (only 3 years old) that was pretty much done-with and had zero-sealing left around the edges. The whole-thing could literally just be lifted up off the substrate. I called the company who installed it 3 years ago (a highly-rated roofing provider on Angie’s List, by the way) and they told me they only warranty low-slope roofs for one-year, which seems ridiculous. Roofs R Us gave me a 10-year warranty for the low-slope roof and a lifetime warranty on the regular, garage roof. Also, their price for the low-slope roof and some other flashing work around my chimney was cheaper than the 1-year warranty job I had done 3 years prior. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.

As mentioned because I did not need any area's done on the Angies Deal except a little around the chimney I felt the area where he felt the leak was coming from should have been done under the Angies Big Deal since It's normally $199.00. And not cost me an extra $100.00. Other than that and my confusion about that, all of the things I said I thought were nice were.

They were very prompt and the fellow that came out was very nice. He did a good job and I have no complaints.

I had a coupon from Angies List for $100 off of a roof inspection/repair. They made an appointment with me one day after I had called them, and basically provided me with the replacement of the cover for the cost of the cover. They also answered a few questions for me about the gutter covers that I had, as well as siliconed around the chimney exit, as well as provided me with an estimate of how much longer we had until we would need new roofing shingles. They were very professional, nice, and easy to deal with. I definitely plan to use them again if I need any roofing work donw.

Roofs R Us showed up on time went right to work by 4:00p.m. The job was done 2nd and by 3rd, it was all cleaned up. The service and work was excellent. Matt Dlouhy, the company manager, was great. He did very well in selling his service and following. The job was done in an excellent manner and in a timely manner.

The whole experience was wonderful. Matt meet with me to go over what work was needed to get our roof and venting issues corrected. His crew was here exactly when they said they would be here.

EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR! If you need your roof repaired or replaced, this is THE guy! We had 10 roofs replaced in our association and we chose this vendor based on one interview with him and numerous positive recommendations. He was knowledgeable, flexible, patient, punctual and gave us a great deal - with a labor warranty! He did extra work to get the bid and continued to do extra work to make sure that all possibilities were researched enabling us to make the best choices for our roofs. He communicated with our homeowners directly and took the initiative to resolve any issues that came up during the project.

The overall experience was excellent. My husband had gotten the business number from one of the crew working on the roof of a neighbor. My husband called and scheduled the appointment. Matt came out and discussed the job and provided an estimate and let us know the times he had available for the job. My husband and I discussed the two estimates. I preferred to use Matt because I'd seen the work his crews performed. We gave Matt a call, he came out and we did the paperwork and scheduled the work for the following week. The dumpster and the materials for the roof were delivered as Matt had said they would. It took a day to do the roof. The materials for the soffits and facia were delivered the following week as scheduled. The soffits and facia were installed over two days while the gutters and leaf guard were installed the following day. It was a lot of work and was completed very efficiently. We did the walk around on the day the gutters and leaf guard were installed and the city inspected and approved the work the following day. I'm very satisfied with the work and I admire it every day, whether it's when I'm out in the yard, looking out a window or going in and out of my driveway. Since our project was completed, another house down the street was having a roof installed by Roofs R Us. I like to think Matt got the job because the neighbor saw the work being done on our house.

I thought that they were wonderful. I would tell my family and friends that they were wonderful. Whatever you ask them to do, they will do and it’s done well. The guy bent over backwards to meet what we wanted. I really haven’t compared their prices to anyone else. Obviously we thought that it was reasonable because we paid it. I have nothing to compare it to but we thought it was reasonable. I don’t know about their punctuality because I was not here when they came to do the work. I was at work. The work got done, so definitely they were here. I will use their services again in the future.

Matt is professional, pays attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. Several people in our neighborhood have hired Matt and his work has received great feedback. Matt takes care of everything and does not bother his customers with minor problems or inconveniences that come up along the way....he takes care of the work and gets it done well and on time. Matt's quality of work has been exemplary and he takes on an ownership of what he does as a personal reflection. Any time there has been a problem or something needed to be fixed, Matt has responded quickly and done whatever it takes to fix it. We strongly recommend working with Matt if you get the chance.

Matt is very thoughtful about thorough. He explains why he is doing what he is doing. The roofing took two days with the additional roof reconstruction we needed. Cleanup was good. Matt is a pleasure to work with.

In 2008 a three-season screen porch was built by All-Ways construction on our current house. We purchased the house one year after it was built (fall 2009) and in the spring of 2010 inquired who built it because there were a few flaws that shouldn't occur on a one to two year old porch. I contacted Matt, the owner of All-Ways construction and he was more than happy to come out and take a look in July 2010. He came within the week and agreed that these issues should not have happened on such a new porch and despite it's one-year warranty expiration, offered to fix the issues, free of charge because he wanted to "stand behind his work". We were thrilled because we had not expected the work to be done for free. From July-September 2010, Matt had scheduled three different appointments with me to come and have the repairs completed. Each time, he stood me up! When I would call and get ahold of him, he would apologize, thank me for my patience and explained that since he was completing this work in good faith, he needed to come on a day when he finished another job and still had a few hours left in the work day. He assured me he would take care of me. In September 2010, when I called, he told me that unfortunately they were stopping work for the season and we discussed talking again in the spring. In April 2011, I called right away and he told me that he was no longer in business and was unable to take care of my repairs. Much to my surprise, a few weeks later I was talking with a friend and she told me she just received a quote from All-Ways Construction! I called Matt, the owner right away and said I was calling because I had heard the good news-he was back in business! He quickly told me I was misinformed and he was not in business. I directly asked him if he is giving quotes on decks and porches and he clearly told me no. We got off the phone and I called my friend back to confirm that we were talking to the same Matt with All-Ways Construction and we compared phone numbers-it was a match! I immediately called Matt back and said that I know he is still in business and that I didn't appreciate his dishonesty. He continued to lie and until I confronted him with the name of the quote he had just given the night before, he stood by no longer being in business. Then he preceded to tell me that he would come fix my repairs for $75 an hour. I told him I would not allow someone of his ethics and with such poor business practices to work on my house and that I would gladly pay someone else to completed his flawed work. I also assured him I would be reporting him to the BBB, Angie's List and by word of mouth letting people know exactly what type of business person Matt from All-Ways Construction is! I did report him to the BBB and he responded with lies saying I was just upset he wouldn't fix a ripped screen for free and that I was never a customer,

I liked their price but I did not like their overall design capability or unwillingness to listen to my ideas. They only explained one kind of deck. Our neighbors have a deck and we wanted to build nearly the same kind of deck but they wouldn't listen to that.

Matt is a nice surprise. He not only answers his phone, but he replies to emails. Our process got delayed due to the need to apply for a variance from the city for a lesser rear setback. Matt was quite helpful in providing sketches of our proposed addition as input to the city application even though we had not yet signed an official contract with him. We were, however, very sincere about our intentions to employ him. Once the variance passed, he quickly put together plans for our addition and worked hard to satisfy all of our city's seemingly inane requirements. Then, he promptly gave us a start date estimate. Prior to the estimated start date, he pushed it back a week, and then started exactly on that date. His rescheduling was not unreasonable, nor was it very lengthy. We were pleased. Throughout the construction process he was a dream to work with. I could email him a question and know that I would get a response in the very early morning hours the very next day. He checks his email messages promptly every morning before he starts out for the job site. Things needing more immediate attention I would call him on the phone for and I would know I could get him to answer or to return my call. Most everything went according to plan. Anything that was not part of the original plan was due to changes made by us. He itemized any additional costs incurred due to changes we made on our final invoice and there was no guesswork in how he arrived at our final payment amount. The actual construction of the porch and deck was also very impressive. I know a bit about building things and everything seemed to be done as well as you could want it to be done. He builds things 'pretty beefy' meaning it is solid. He passed all of his city inspections the first time, which is also a testament to his thoroughness. We frankly couldn't be happier with the process or the result.
