Prompt with estimate. Responsive with questions. I liked that they complete the job in one day. Quote was in line with others that I solicited. Very pleased with the roof. They could have been more careful around my landscape lights and plants. Was a bit surprised he wanted payment before the city inspected and closed out the permit.

We purchased a new house and soon found out that we needed to immediately replace our old shingles. We got estimates for 6 different companies, all top rated on Angie's List. Roofs R Us was the second cheapest, but gave the most thorough explanation of the process and was one of only two people to look up in the attic at our roof deck during the estimate. Matt had a nice power point presentation and had various options on the level of shingles, giving us some flexibility on price/durability. They were the only company to offer ridge venting which looks quite sharp. The crew arrived right on time and the process took from 8 am to 5 pm. It was fun to watch and the crew was polite. Glad to have a new roof and glad we went with Roofs R Us.

Project went as discussed. Completed roof project in one day. Hard working crew, good clean-up and great finished results. Gutters installed within the following days. Interviewed 3 different roofing contractors off Angie's List. Matt was easy to work with, very helpful with suggestions and very motivated to acquire the job. Gutter crew was very conscientious and concerned with customer satisfaction. Best overall value among the bids for the work requested. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a 'Big Deal' for gutter & downspout replacement and actually thought that I would be able to replace only the gutters and downspouts on the front of my house with the footage of product purchased in the 'Big Deal'. Matt suggested an arrangement that, for a reasonable extra amount, along with reusing some of my old downspouts, I could get all of my gutters replaced. Though the replacement date needed to be changed apparently because of illness of one of their workers, Eric and Axel arrived at the appointed hour on the rescheduled appointment date and promptly did an excellent job of replacing my gutters and downspouts. They even re-installed leaf guards that I had used in my old gutters. I'm quite satisfied with the end result.

They had promised to come 2 weeks earlier, but there was a fire at a company that produced wholesale gutters. They called us well in advance of the scheduled date and explained the problem. They came out 3 or 4 days ahead of the rescheduled date and that was nice. They did a good job. They worked with us on putting in a rain barrel in a new place. It wasn't even part of the garage and it was no extra charge.

We were very happy with the job that was done by Roofs R Us. Their price was very competitive. They did the job quickly and on time. Matt was very easy to work with. The crew damaged one of our gutter downspouts, but Matt replaced it as soon as we notified them.

Did a good job identifying the likely source of the leak and was able to fix. No leaking since the repair was made.

It went very well. I was away when the work was done, but when I returned the yard & deck were clean, my flower garden was looking good, and the new roof cover looks awesome! No more worries about a leaky roof! The company owner is very easy to work with, and we were pleased to find a small local business to complete the work.

I just finished shopping for a roof tear off and replacement on my son's house in St. Paul. I called 7 local roofers and Matt really stood out. He was on-time. He was the only person who gave me a quote on the spot. He did the most complete inspection and even took a short video of the roofs condition (it's a two story house) so I could see the damage. He was the only roofer who provided brochures on the types of shingles he'd use. Very professional presentation. His price was in line with the others, except for one, that was substantially lower whom I selected.

We are very pleased with the replacement of the roof and gutters on our house and the roof on our garage. Roofs R US were polite, considerate and we thought they were very efficient. Matt explained the roofing and details clearly and returned our calls right away. We thought the work was reasonably priced. The city inspector said the roof was nicely done. There were a couple of minor problems that they came back right away and fixed. A facia board that was replaced needed a bit of adjustment and the vent on the peak of the roof needed a little adjustment. Overall the service was excellent and we are very pleased with the result.

Very well. Matt had to reschedule our estimate due to an emergency that came up with a Friday night roofing job. We totally understood and appreciated that he is an integral part of his company. He showed up the next day as scheduled; thoroughly went over the estimate and we decided to go with it - largely due to the good reviews on Angie's List. The crew showed up as schedule; they all worked hard for a day and a half. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. We are very pleased with the results. It looks great!

He was fast, seemed knowledgeable, and gave appropriate recommendations.

I called their office right away after purchasing the Big Deal to set up an appointment for them to see our house. The gentleman who answered the phone scheduled us a few days later (they would have come out the next day, but we hadn't closed on our house yet and had to push it back a few days). The estimator who came out was very knowledgeable and let us know exactly what we should do. Our house was bigger than the deal allowed so there was an estimated out of pocket cost for the extra lengths of gutter that would need to be used of $400 or so. That was fine with us so we scheduled the install for the following week. Shortly after scheduling the appointment, we found out that we had to jump through a few hoops with our HOA in order to get approval for the gutter install. We had to reschedule, which they were more than accommodating with this request .Once we were able to go ahead with this, we were extremely happy with the end result. You can barely tell that the gutters are there. We were really happy to get them installed when we did because shortly thereafter, we had the big rainstorms for a week or so in which they were certainly tested. Everything was great. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for new gutters.

Very well, they were professional from the beginning to the end. We had a slight problem with one of the gutters, and they came right back out, fixed it on their time, and their dime. I was very pleased with the look, and the performance of the installation.

He did the work needed, then inspected the entire roof and replaced a few shingles that were damaged, I had kept a bundle when the roof was replaced so he replaced the damaged ones with those for no additional charge. I will definitely call them when the roof needs any repairs or replacement.

Very well. I was very pleased. Matt performed some minor maintenance on my roof and identified areas to watch for, like roof raking in winter due to some minor ice damage on shingles. He was very clear I did not need a new roof, but identified some care to make my roof last longer. I was very pleased with the work and information provided.

When they came over, they had a very professional presentation. He used a computer to show the work and design. He built roofs in the military, which impressed me. His crew was good as well.

Great Vendor. Matt Dlouhy did the work. He knows what he is doing, He showed up right on time, found and fixed the issue. He found and fixed a hole and added flashing to my side wall. I actually had two other vendor look at the problem earlier, one wanted to insulate my garage and one wanted to put in new gutters. Very glad I did not do what they wanted. Roofs R Us is a vendor Angieslist is lucky to have.

Matt did a very professional presentation and detailed free estimate for us; even climbed up on the roof and took a video w/his tablet, which he then showed to us during the presentation. Great use of available technology! The estimate was very reasonable and less than we had expected, and we had 3 price options to choose from. We went with the middle option. The only reason I rated B - not A - on price is that roofing is still a big expense and I don't want to give the impression that the cost was less than it should have been. It was a very fair, reasonable price. High quality shingles fiberglass shingles Owens Corning Oak Ridge (30 yr warr.) used. The work was done on schedule, all in one day, to specs. Warranty is great. The site was cleaned up perfectly afterwards with absolutely no damage to our foundation plantings. Workers did an excellent job and care was taken for safety on the roof. Roof looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

I was outside their area but the services did work anyway. They came out November of last year. This is the first time that I used this company and he did fine. I was satisfied with the service that he provided me.
