Roofs R Us did an excellent job on our house: everything was done on time and exactly as Matt had explained. The workers who did the installation were real craftsmen and did an outstanding job. While working, they noticed a couple additional problems with our roof and fixed them without charge.

Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of work, the short duration of the project and the level of customer service that Matt Dlouhy, the owner, provided. Roofs R Us did a great job throughout the entire project, from the initial damage assessment, to thoroughly explaining the process, to dealing with our insurance company, to making sure we were happy with everything at the final inspection. Matt couldn't have been more professional or courteous. As an example, he offered to hire an electrician--at his own expense--to repair some low voltage lighting that was inadvertently jostled by falling debris during shingle removal and had stopped working. (Note: we have an extremely high and steep roof, which made the project challenging.) Luckily, new light bulbs solved the problem, but we appreciated Matt's offer. I'm glad that we didn't respond to one of the dozens of high-pressure phone calls we received from several other roofing companies and, instead, did our own search on Angie's List. There's a reason Roofs R Us has an "A" rating! I've already recommended this roofing company to several neighbors and friends.

We contacted Roofs R Us for “roof maintenance/checkup” because we noticed shingle granules when it rained, and the shingles were beginning to curl. Our home was built 13 years ago. Even before Matt came to our home he was able to help. He asked many questions about the shingles and made us aware of the defective shingle class-action settlement from the shingle manufacturer. He also helped with the settlement forms/photo requirements. Matt and his crew were professional and courteous. The crew was careful to keep a clean workspace, and cleaned up after the work was done. We are completely satisfied with the work and the price, and will refer Roofs R Us to our clients and/or use them in the future.

Our home got it's new roof on October 10th, 2013. Matt and his crew were very professional and "nice" to do business with. The work crew all seemed to know exactly what to do and got right to it; they got the job completed in one day as promised. The roof looks great! Matt, keep that personal touch of honesty talking to and listening to your customers about the project; it will do well for you. A salute to the very hard working young men "on the roof". All details and deliveries were handled precisely and professionally.

The roof and gutter project went very smoothly. The Roofs R Us staff were very professional and helpful. The project went just as promised and was completed in two days. It took one day for the roof and one day for the gutters, downspouts and gutter covers. The clean-up was also done very thoroughly. Also, Matt came out and checked on the work the next day to make sure everything was up to code and expectations. A great experience! We were very pleased and would recommend Roofs R Us to others.

Repair man arrived on time to give me a detailed list of what needed to be done. The estimate was fair. The details were excellent.The workers arrived on time and fixed the leak that 2 other roofers were unable to fix. Roofs R Us will now be my go to company for any roofing problems I might have.

We had been having major issues with a leaky roof for the past 5 years. Over this time span we called in various roofing contractors to try to solve our problem. Every contractor had a solution we paid for but every spring we found out that their solution had failed. We called Roofs R Us and Matt came and made his impressive and knowlegable presentation. We signed up to have a new roof installed and they would also add a valley (or cricket or saddle--whatever the term is) that SHOULD redirect the melting snow and heavy summer rains, thus ending our leaky roof situation. The crew showed up on time and worked hard till after dark.. They were all courteous, professional and respectful of our property. After finding a small problem, they returned the next day to finish up. Everything was cleaned up and returned to their original locations. Matt was confident the valley they installed would solve our leaking problem, so I am very anxious for the next heavy rain to put his confidence to the crucial test.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They did a really nice job. They were able to schedule the appointment within a reasonable amount of time, it took them about a couple of weeks. The guy was really polite. He checked everything out and gave us recommendations for some things we can do in the future. I didn’t have any issues with them.We plan to use them in the future for some things the needed to be done.

It was great. The guys were really nice. We really like them a lot and we will use them in the future on other stuff we have going on. It was all good. It took us few days because I think our house was bigger than normal plus the weather conditions. It was kind of windy so they had to take a few extra days because they didn’t want people to get up on the tall ladders which I appreciated. They came back in a timely fashion so that was nice. They were worried about their workers and they did come back and finish the job timely. It was a good service. They did a great job. I’m sure it was a good price comparable to other stuff of the same. I’m sure it was fine. I just thought it was expensive because it’s stuff that I don’t really look at.

, We couldn't be more pleased with the job. Matt, the owner of the company, was very professional and was great at communicating with us. Matt gave us an estimate on Tuesday, September 3, and the roof was installed in one day on September 17, two weeks later to the day. The dumpster arrived at 7:00 am on the morning of the job, and the crew of six arrived minutes later. The shingles arrived a little later. The crew moved anything that had to be moved and covered all of the areas around the house with huge tarps to catch any debris. They worked diligently until after 6:00 pm, at the end picking up any stray nails with a huge magnet. The next day the dumpster was picked up, and Matt came to inspect the job, which we appreciated. This morning the township inspector came to inspect the job. So, today, one wouldn't know anything had been done, except that we have a brand new roof that is guaranteed not to leak for ten years and shingles that have a lifetime warranty

Great. He was very professional and helpful but couldn't get on the roof by himself because it was too steep. I didn't read the fine print of the coupon so did not realize my roof didn't qualify for the coupon.

Matt did some chalking around the vents and created a video to show us what he was seeing on the roof. He explained the condition our roof was in and things to look out for. Matt also provided an estimated life expectancy for our roof and gave a rough estimate to replace the roof. In addition he provided a timeline on when to get the best deal for a roof replacement. When we are ready to replace the roof, we will definitely give Matt a call.

Our house is currently on the market & we were getting bad feedback about the curling shingles on our old roof. We decided replace the roof & needed it done in a timely manner. Matt was very responsive to my initial inquiry & came out right away to meet with us. He proceeded to give us a very informative presentation on the process & work to be performed (using his iphone/ipad btw - quite impressive). He listened to our needs and was able to recommend the best roof for our situation at a very reasonable price. Best of all - he committed to having it done by the end of the week! On the day of the service, his crew showed up as promised - bright & early on a Sat morning. Matt came along soon after to check in and make sure we understood how the day would go and answer any questions. His crew worked really hard & very efficiently to get our house & garage roof done - they even stayed to finish it through the light rain! Roof was complete by 5pm that day & it looks amazing! The whole process was very professional and handled with exceptional service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone!

This company and its owner are phenomenal!! I have been telling everyone about them. So, we had several bids from roofing companies and another company noticed that the estimate given by Roofs R us was substantially less than he could offer. He looked into the details and found out that Roofs R Us measured our roof wrong and underestimated how much it would cost by about $1000 or $1500. We told the owner of Roof R Us, fully expecting him to knock the price back to where it should be. He remeasured the roof, told us that it was his mistake and he would honor the original bid, saving us a LOT of money. This company is amazing and the integrity of its owner shows you that they are honest and will do a good job. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you so much for honoring your bid.

The roofer met the insurance adjuster and when the job was approved he proceeded to replace our roof. The workers arrived early in the morning and completed the job in one day.
