Good. I had a good meeting with Matt from Roofs R Us. My house is too small to make "Big Deals" a good deal so I am getting some estimates for new roofing and gutters from several contractors which will be less than the "Big Deal".

The crew was here by 8am, the shingles and dumpster was here by the time the crew arrived, they cleaned up everything in my yard and driveway, because I was home and they had to remove a big skylight they brought plastic sheets into my kitchen and cleaned it up as soon as they boarded the skylight,, Matts team was very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

The project was great from start to finish. I appreciated the time taken during the estimate to walk me through the job and help me make an informed depiction about shingles and gutters. I had a clear understanding of what would be done, the cost and the timeline. The day of the project the materials and dumpster were delivered on time. The crew showed up at 7:45 and were friendly and professional. They did a good job protecting my landscaping and cleaning up the yard. The gutters arrived the next day, same great job.

From the minute that Matt showed up, it was a great experience. Matt gave me a detailed presentation on service, the product and the steps from beginning to end. The price was great, the scheduling was so quick (based on the current schedule they had), and Matt spent the time to go over the same information with my wife, who showed up at the end of his presentation to me. The installation was scheduled for a Thursday, but due to the rain, was rescheduled. The company doesn't schedule for weekends (as far as I know, based on the schedule I saw) but Matt said they will be out Saturday. What a blessing to get it done with the rain we have had. The crew was great, the sites manager was great, the job got done that day & looks amazing. Again, the whole crew was awesome. I have owned 3 homes & have never come across a company that does work on a persons greatest investment -their home, and have a better experience (not only to the pocket but in the product also). Roofs R Us is A+.

These guys were great!!! I purchased an "Angies List Deal" for about $1500.....Matt came out within three days of me purchasing the deal, took a look at things and said "this house is perfect for the deal".......he said it was a relatively easy job and that total coverage of the "hip" roof only exceeded the deal by a few feet so they'd just go ahead and throw that in......I also asked him about covers/guards and he came up with an additional $300 or so that I thought was pretty reasonable and we set a date. They stuck to that date, called me ahead of time, and were only slightly off their predicted arrival. Eric (Matt mentioned him up-front) did the installation.......great guy (an average Joe like the rest of us). Eric went over the plan with me and made a couple minor suggestions/adjustments to Matt's plan (sorry Matt). I felt pretty comfortable with Eric and told him to go ahead with what he felt would be the best choices after he looked the property over with me. They had a pretty nice mobile shop and a couple guys working with Eric (I talked to one of them and he was pretty nice as well). The job went well and the new gutters look fantastic!!! This is a top notch crew of young guys.....you aren't gonna get better quality or a better deal!!!

nMatthew gave a very detailed estimate. The roofing crew arrived right on time and finished the roof in one day as promised.A nother crew installed new gutters the next day. They did a very thorough cleanup and everything was hauled away the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Matt was terrific. He gave a complete and competitive bid. It was a no brainer for us when we saw his reviews and when we go a couple additional bids. The work was completed on the day scheduled. Our Gardens were well protected. The site was left clean. Overall it was a great experience. One last thing, I asked Matt to order the large dumpster, even though the debris would not even come close to filling it. We had a lot of construction debris and other junk we wanted to get rid of. Matt, came through and now we have a new garage roof that is a lot better looking, and considerably emptier! Thanks Matt for the fine service.

They were great! I would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to deal with and accommodating to us.

That turned out wonderfully. He went up and inspected the roof. He told me that I had some good years left in my roof. I had a leak in the roof of my garage; he went up and found where it was leaking due to a nail hole. He then silicone that for me and it stopped the leak. He was also very helpful with answering questions that I had with roofing and he was extremely knowledgeable in his answers.

They showed up on time, tore off the old roof, installed the new roof. They didn't damage any plants or existing structures. They did an excellent job of cleanup, if it hadn't been for the new roof, I wouldn't have known they were here. The next day the site manager stopped by to answer any questions and recheck the cleanup. Later that day Matt, the owner, called to see if I was satisfied. Really good service.

Scheduled an appointment with Matt. He did a thorough job of inspecting the roof including taking a video and walking us through what he saw. Our roof was over 25 years old and was showing its age. We agreed to a price and scheduled for 2 weeks out. Matt walked through what would happen step by step. The roofing crew showed up by 7 a.m. They covered all the bushes and grass around the house with tarps. They even moved the flowers and plants on the deck so they would not be damaged. The crew worked diligently and professionally with one lunch break. The work was completed by 5 pm. It was pretty amazing to have the roof completely removed and replaced in one day. They did a great job cleaning up the area - even walking around the house to pick up loose shingles and debris. My neighbor called to say he was very impressed with the professional way the crew work together. The next day Matt called to follow up and see if we were satisfied. He then explained the inspection process (which they handled) and what we needed to do. We were very pleased with the work, the process and the follow up.

Matt gave a thorough and professional presentation on the work to be done. He quoted a very good price. He cleaned out the gutters and put in new gutter brackets. The shingling job looks good. He and his crew did not mention or replace roof edge flashing that was missing. I noticed that after the fact and Matt wanted another $300.00 to put that on. In this case attention to detail and customer relations was missing. Matt does return calls the same day. Cleanup was goo except for nails the driveway. After he was done he states nails around the dumpster are the home owners responsibility. My feeling is that should be part of the cleanup. Ended up with a flat tire. A bush was also damaged. Matt is quick to point to the contract that there could be damage from the work so be very aware of that fact. Same with flat tires. He wasn't really interested in making sure the customer was happy. As far as roofers go he probably is one of the better companies, but there is room for improvement.

They did a great job. Project started on the designated day and was completed that day. The new roof looks great. The crew went to extraordinary lengths to protect my wife's garden areas next to the house. Not a single plant was hurt in the process. Matthew was great to work with, and was the only one who told me about Class 4 shingles,which are impact resistant and will earn a discount from our insurance company. Cleanup was complete and I have not found a single stray nail. Best of all, they were the low bid.

We got the AngiesList deal on gutters for the whole house. We were a bit under the allotment, so we received half of the leaf guard as part of the deal, and had to pay a hundred bucks or so for the remainder. Still significantly less than other quotes I'd gotten. Matt called me the day of the estimate, and asked if he could come over about 15 minutes early. No problem! He went through company history, and product specs (even showed me a picture of one of the installers hanging from the gutters). He helped me pick the color that best matched my siding, and it is pretty spot on. Easy estimate process. We signed the deal, and I got a call the next day to schedule installation. Two weeks out, not too bad. On installation day, the guys arrived promptly. One walked the perimeter with me to discuss downspout layout, and flow while the other started getting set up. 4 hours, zip zip, and they were done. Cleaned up real well after themselves, and left a great looking set of gutters on the house (how many of us thought we'd say that when we were kids?). Real happy with the process and the end result. The AngiesList deal is a heck of a value, and I'm more than happy I got in on it!

A very heavy rain, about three inches several hours, resulted in a small leak near the chimney. The roof was replaced in 2013 by Roofs R Us and has a 10 year no leak warranty. I called Matt and left a message concerning the leak. He promptly returned the call and inspected the roof 2 days later. Matt took a video of the chimney with his cell phone showing small cracks in the mortar, which he said water got into because of the hard rain and resulted in the rain getting under the shingles and causing the leak. The mortar was updated about 19 years ago. Matt advised I check the chimney area when it rains again and if there is a leak again to get the mortor repaired. The prompt service was appreciated.

We met with Matt and were very impressed with the bid we received and that he also let us know he would be replacing some of the damaged siding as well as replacing the roof. I liked the fact he saw all that would need to be done ahead of time. As promised, his crew showed up early in the morning and they were done by afternoon and everything was in great shape. I would highly recommend Roofs R Us.

Mr. Dlouhy was on time both times we met; first time for complete inspection of my roof, second time to meet with insurance company adjusters. He is very professional; I will be contracting Roofs R Us in the future.

Very nice work, good attention to detail. Matt was prompt to return calls, responsive, helpful and knows his business. The crew was on time, efficient, quick, good job. My only suggestion is the the crew is large so communicating requests during the roofing, e.g. don't throw shingles here, need to be communicated to every one of them. But overall the crew was careful, helpful and cleaned up very thoroughly.

When the time comes for us to re-do the full roof on the house, there is no doubt we'll go with these guys! Matt and team were punctual, professional, and they did a wonderful job. There was a piece of plywood that had rotted out (previous owner didn't install gutters), and they replaced that without any delay in the project, and no extra charge. This was probably a small job for them, but they treated me like I was spending thousands more. I really liked that Matt came out both to do the actual estimate, AND met his people here on the day of the job. I'm very, very pleased with their work, and I would definitely recommend them! Great communication, great people, great job!

Although on this website it says they provide free estimates, that is not the case anymore. They charge $49 for an estimate. However, if you end up using them, they deduct the $49 from your overall bill. Just wanted everyone to be aware, it's not free!

It was originally scheduled for April 16th, but it snowed. Rescheduled for April 17th and it snowed a lot more. Finally, we scheduled for April 22nd (the weather cooperated) and Matt was finally able to make it. He called and said he would be about 30 minutes late. Once he arrived he got to work right away and replaced the 2 bathroom vents on the roof, which were 10 years old. He also did a roof inspection. He commented that the existing bathroom vents were not properly installed when the house was built, but there was little damage from the apparent ice dams that had been created over the years. He also mentioned that the shingles overall were in good shape and should last another 10 years. I was pleased overall with the installation and inspection. I would suggest that he provide a written report when he does a roof inspection and take pictures of the before and after of the vent installation. Also, when he called and said he would be late, it was just a few minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. I would have liked to have been notified with more advance notice if he were going to be that late.

crew was here at 8:00 am and worked all day until finished. Cleaned up as they went and did a wonderful job.,

I experienced a leak just inside of my front door on Sunday. Because of the reviews on Angie's list I sent a contact to Roofs R Us explaining the situation and asking for an estimate. I asked for a return email because I would be unavailable during the day for a phone call. I did not get any response from them on Monday, so I sent another contact. I did not hear from them on Tuesday so I sent a 3rd contact. I even asked if they didn't have time or my job was too small, to please let me know. No contact on Wednesday. I have given up now. I contacted another roofer from Angie's List - Nokomas. They got back to me the same night and came by the next evening to give me an estimate. Now that is customer service! I will be having Nokomas replace my roof. If their work is as good as their customer service this should go well.
