Description of Work: New roof. Matt was very knowledgeable and we liked that he went up on the roof and took a video and then came down and showed us the problem. They did a good job all around including clean up. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Did not need roofing inspection repair as I had an insurance adjuster inspect my roof due to a hail damage claim. I had not anticipated this when I purchased the Deal. The adjuster said my roof was fine.

Description of Work: I had great communication with Matt from Roofs R Us. He showed up when he said he would, was very thorough in looking over my roof. And when he figured out that it was way out of scope, he took video of what he was seeing so he could show it to me. I appreciated that because it made it very clear my problem was not a small one, but rather will need extensive work.

Description of Work: I had a new roof, gutters with leaf protection, and downspouts installed. The work was completed on time and did not go over the estimate. Matt was very professional and personable. The only problem was the workers did not put my TV antena back in the same direction as before, which messed up my reception of local stations.

Description of Work: We asked for someone to examine our roof as we were worried about damage after the winter of 2010. We'd had bad ice dams. Representative was friendly, came out and replaced a part in our chimney. Squirrels had gnawed through it. He said our roof had some hail damage and that we should have an insurance adjuster out to confirm and see if we could get coverage. We have not yet followed up on this, but appreciated his advice.

Description of Work: We used an Angies list deal to get the inspection done-we had a leak. He came out and immediately found the problem,it was around the bathroom vent. The original roofiing company had not sealed it properly-putting the apparatus ontop of the shingles.(That company no longer exists.) He replaced the parts and fixed the shingle problem the same day at a cost of $50.00. He was very professional, polite . This date is approximate-sometime in July. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: our roof was leaking water by our chimneyt - had another roofer out who THOUGHT had fixed it - never did. Roofs R Us were prompt, professional & found that the cauling around the chimney had pulled away - so they patched it with aluminum material & caulked - PROBLEM SOLVED - we later deduced that this is where red squirrels were getting into the house & wall -- again - no probms since - I LOVE THIS FIRM
