Scratched shower glass installed and customer service nightmare After paying $1000 for a new shower glass door with a large scratch in the top to nearly center of door, we were treated like dogs by the sales rep, Barry. We were never given a date to fix it or even told that a defective glass door was installed. After contacting Barry several times, he finally returned my phone call and made several flat out lies, contradicted literally everything he said and yelled to his staff that I wanted to key his car!!!! They knowingly installed a bad piece of glass (as they documented) and are in no hurry to fix it, in fact were hoping we didn't notice. I have NEVER encountered such rude business people in my life. I cannot believe how childish and unprofessional they treated me. We asked him to come out and fix it and he then told me that he was waiting on the glass manufacturer to make it. When asked when he last followed up on it, he said 4 days previous. I asked him to try again today and he stated his rep was out of town and there was nothing he could do until the next week. He had previously stated he could "polish it out" so I inquired about that and he told me he was too busy with installing other new doors to drop everything and do that. I questioned that business practice and lack of customer service and he mocked me. He told me it didn't affect the functionality of the door and to chill out. Wow, that's insane after paying a grand for a piece of glass that purpose is to look good, and it doesn't we are basically told that it opens and shuts so to take a chill pill. Barry was the worst person I could have dealt with today and I don't feel even a little guilty by saying he should be fired after speaking to me this way. We have a newborn baby coming this weekend and can't have any people or construction going on after we bring our new baby home and were very up front about that, but they only seem to care about installing the next door and forgetting the rest. We want our money back, we could get a better door for half the price and with no stress.

The service people were on time, cleaned up after them selves,measured precisely and installed professionally. After each install a roll of wipes and can of glass cleaner was set on the counter with a careful very impressed!

Excellent products/workmanship. Found company via search engine (google). Scheduled visit for quote. Installe occurred within quoted 15 days. Jake Ryan did absolutely wonderfull work on the install.

After the tile installer completed his work in and around the shower, a representative came out and measured for the glass. We were provided a future date they would be ready to install and did so. The glass and mechanisms fit wonderfully ... a very neat job of installing and cleanup ... along with helpful instructions to care for the glass in the future. We are very pleased with the product and their work.

I recently remodeled my master bathroom and Glass & Mirror had exactly what I wanted. I was able to visit there show room to see a wide variety of shower door, door hardware and mirror options. The staff was great in answering questions and providing additional ideas. At that point I decided to use them for my project. Later, once the shower was tiled, Glass & Mirror promptly came out to my house and performed a measurement. They also measured for a custom mirror that was also needed. They then manufactured my door and mirror and a could of weeks later called me to schedule my installation. On the date of the install the installer was on time (actually a little early) and promptly and professionally installed my shower door and mirror. The installer also provided me with care instructions and helpful hints to keep them looking great. The final product is outstanding and really high quality. You can't get this type of service and selection and the big box stores. I would highly recommend Glass & Mirror to all of my friends.

Shower glass needed to be anchored to ceiling due to need to protect membrane installed under curbless shower floor. Floor to ceiling glass was over 92 inches so 1/2" thick glass was required. Company provided excellent advice and guidance on installation requirements. Made multiple visits to measure and insure project would be delivered as promised. First sheets of glass had flaws to they went back to the factory and arranged for new glass to be delivered. Installers did an excellent job. These folks are real pros. They were not the lowest cost but I believe the very best value.

Barry came out to my home to give a bid for a glass and shower door. He explained that the door would have a towel bar on the outside as well as the inside. He did not offer any other suggestions. After the door was installed it leaked and we had some issues with the towel bar that is located on the inside . The towel bar sticks out so far that when I take a shower I hit my elbow on the towel bar. I also realized that the doors can't be cleaned thoroughly because they can't slide fully to expose the entire door. I discussed these issues with Barry and he was not helpful. He basically said he told me about the configuration of the towel bars when he came out to give me the bid. I was given that information but was never told about depth of the towel bar or that the mechanism that attaches the towel bar to the glass door sticks out so the doors can't be cleaned properly. He offered no resolution to my issues. He did send the same person that installed the shower doors out to address the leak. This person showed me how to resolve the cleaning issues by unscrewing the glass from the track. I will not be doing that. He also told me that there were other options that could have been offered that would eliminate the inside towel bar. I left a message with this company to have an owner or general manager call me but have not had a return call. I have made numerous updates to my home and have dealt with a number of home improvement contractors but have never experienced a situation where my call is not returned.

Nice people to work with to install a beautiful shower door and mirror. We are very satisfied with the whole experience.

I just went to the showroom to look at options. Barry Seaberg was very helpful and then came to the house for measurements. Installation was great and the installers were very professional.

The guys were very professional and friendly. They took time to tell about use and care.

Barry Seaberg is very knowledgeable and suggested a couple of things in the design of the shower door and mirror I had not considered. I immediately felt I could trust him. I had two other bids for the same thickness of glass, etc. and theirs was the most reasonable. The measurement appointment went well, and they waited until the remodel was ready for install. I sent an email when we were ready, but had to call after a week or so when I didn't hear from them. They said they had left me a voice message but apparently it never made it to me. They came the next business day, first thing in the morning for install and did a great job. Everything is in perfect alignment and looks beautiful. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They are truly experts in their field, although if you want something creative it would be best to work with a designer and direct the designer to work with them. They aren't uncreative, they just aren't super creative.

Barry - estimator - very pleasant and measured to verify walls were straight etc. Gave options. Installer came and installed w/ no problems.

They were the lowest bid of 5 that I received for our job. It took a while to set up an appointment for them to come out in measure because it coincided with a event they were participating in. Once measured and ordered, it only took about 10 days until install which was less time than other companies. Other companies said to expect 2 weeks which I don't think is unusual for custom glass fabrication. The glass looks very nice. I was pleased with how they drilled through the tile with no cracks and the hardware looks nice. I was disappointed in the installers and their application of silicone around the seams. I suppose I am more of a perfectionist than most (and it's probably a different feeling when it's your own home) but the seams are clumping and uneven. Had a done it myself, I would have taped off the areas and smoothed the caulk line with a wet fingertip to make it nice. I've just been rubbing the excess silicone off the glass with my finger until it rolls off. I think it will eventually look even and not smeared on the glass. We upgraded for the glass protective coating and I can't say I'm positive it was applied. I don't notice the water beading up any different than regular glass and our glass came without a warranty sticker from the company. If in fact this is how the glass protection functions, I would probably pass on it in the future as I don't see much of a difference.

It went really well. The price was great, and the install went smoothly. The installer was very professional. He had to come back one time because they had not ordered the correct towel bars, but they returned in a timely fashion, and did a great job installing the doors. We have not had any water outside of the shower. I gave a B for punctuality because it took a week or two longer from teh order date than I was told to actually get the door installed.

We talked with Glass and Mirror at the 2014 Home Show and they were very friendly. We needed a solution for shower glass/door to fit a bathroom with an angled ceiling. They recommended the perfect product! The installation was perfect and looks great. They were also able to replace an 87 year old beveled mirror which was tricky since the medicine cabinet was probably equally as old. After the install the cabinet looks exactly the same except with a new mirror. Working with them was great and and overall a very good experience!!

The first visit was by Barry. He explained the options we could use for our shower opening. While measuring and checking the level and straight attributes of the opening he suggested a better cost effective option vs. what we would like to have installed. We visited the showroom to see the option he suggested and were satisfied with it. The order was entered and we chose a very nice glass handle for the door. The installer, Jake, arrived on time. He skillfully installed the enclosure. He brought had me inspect the job, pointing out maintenance of the glass.

Excellent! We had a prompt measure two weeks before installation to start fabrication and our door was delivered when promised. Excellent quality.

Stopped into look at samples, felt like I was interrupting someone. Dropped glass samples back and flet like I interrupted lunch this time. Contractor ordered glass doors and they were installed.

I had been procrastinating on a door project because the mirror I had for the door was too complicated for me to cut. It had paned bevels and I couldn't be sure it wouldn't break along the grooves. It was the only matching mirror I had left to retrofit into a door frame and I couldn't take any chances on screwing it up. Glass and Mirror told me it might take a week before they got to it. However, their cutter was so intrigued by the project he took it on right away and got it done that same day. It turned out perfect and I'll be using them again for any future projects.

I worked with Barry in getting the panels and door ordered and ready to go. Once the tilers were done the panels were installed. Person who did the work was friendly and did excellent work.

Did a very nice job, nice guys too.
