They were flexible about installation schedule. Their work is absolutely flawless. And their employees were a pleasure to work with. G&M Inc exceeded all of our expectations. + 0 moreThe job went great, from my initial call for information to the completion. When we received our estimate/ quotation everything was explained so there would be no surprises durning the job. All measurements were taken then and a promised delivery date was given. The job was actually completed about one week ahead of schedule. Everyone from the front desk to the two installers were very professional and competent. The windows were actually beyond my expectations. Great place / people to do business with.

+ -1 moreWe had Glass and Mirror do shower doors in our lower level about eight years ago. Very professional from beginning to end and we love the doors still. This year we did an upper level master bath remodel out of necessity due to health issues. Larger no lip shower, lots more glass. Jason was our go to and we cannot say enough good about his care and concern. The install took a bit longer due to the heavier doors, but instead of just putting the doors on, they waited for things to settle and did it right the first time, rather than coming back later to do a possible fix. The price was great, the workmanship excellent, the customer service beyond good.......and the best part was the guys are just super friendly and kind. Thank you Glass and Mirror. We will use you again and I will tell my friends.

+ -1 moreI called on a Monday and they said someone would call to set up a time to come out. The guy called on Friday to ask if I was around and would out in 20 minutes. Luckily, I work from home so I was there. Measured the window and said someone would call with an estimate. They called a week later saying that they needed to come out again and get the measurement from the outside, but gave a bid. It was lower by $20 than the company we went with, but I felt that they really didn't want the job, as they didn't get back to set up an appointment, didn't get the correct measurements and never called with the bid. Plus, it would have been an additional three weeks before the window was available.

THEN a phone call to say Thursday was a mistake after the time they were to show up saying it was supposed to be Friday, so set up for Friday morning. No show, no call. No business from us. We will go elsewhere.
