Very neat and tidy. Glass table top was a bit too large had to be sent back for proper sizing.

Barry came to our house, measured the doors, next day called with price. We agreed to the price & doors were ordered. Expected delivery in 3 weeks - took 4 weeks. Installer was ill but company didn't call to let us know. I had to call them.

They came early and installed the glass door, panel and step up. Everything was caulked well. No mess was left behind.

I really can't say enough about this company. They had worked very hard to help me with my questions and helped try to find a finish match for bi-pass door that worked with my fixtures. We've chosen to do additional remodeling in that room and have decided to wait on install the tub pass-door until all the work is done to eliminate possible damage to the door. I have had them do work for me in the past and have been happy with them. The only complaint I have is with the door options of the company that makes the bi-pass door, which I might add I found option issues elsewhere also. I have no issues with Glass & Mirror Inc. My B grade for installation is only because the door has not been installed to date. I intend to do business with them in the future. I was extremely impressed with the GM's (Mark Mueller), interest in providing good customer service, with quick turn-around time with questions I had...and I had a lot of them. I had done more searching than usual to find what I was looking for so I can tell you that their prices are fair.

Someone from sales replied to my email right away, and I liked that they had a small showroom so I could see the doors. There was a bit of miscommunication between sales and installation about the details, but ultimately we got what we needed and the door is great.

Mirror and Glass gave us outstanding service. They came and measured the shower as soon as our new tile was installed in the bath shower. Ed, who came to measure, was on time, friendly and accurate in his measuring. Based on the measure, we had a quote from Barry at the main office within a couple of days. Barry was also polite, helpful and accommodating. We were given about a 6 week lead time for the glass to be fabricated, and that proved accurate. We shopped around with other shower glass installers, and Mirror and Glass was the low estimate, and their service was excellent throughout the project. The installers (while young, they were experienced) were on time. They spent extra time and care to get everything installed correctly and precisely. There was one very slight scratch, which we might not have noticed, but the installers pointed it out to us and said someone would be out to polish the scratch, and they wanted everything to be perfect. Wow! They pointed out a small imperfection and then said they would solve it for us. They showed concern that our install was the best it could be. Cannot ask for better service than that. When Ed (the original person who measured) came out to fix the scratch, he took only 10 minutes to polish it and make it perfect, and he was delightful to talk to. He helped us with a mirrored switch plate as well. We were very satisfied with the value, the quality, the service and the service after the installation. We will use Glass and Mirror again and highly recommend them.

Visited showroom 11/2013. Liked what we saw. Talked to company person. Called 6/2015 for estimate and person to measure what we wanted. Measured, quote price, ordered, drawing received, call store and told them towel bar was on wrong panel. Told the factory already shipped. Disappointed.

On 6/8/2015, they came and measured for new shower door & helped me select glass & finish. 6/30/2015: They came & installed new door.

We visited the showroom where the options were presented, clearly. We chose a slide by door style and a Niagra glass. Everything was done very professional. All the personnel on site took care of any needed cleanup at the job site. I thought the price was high but it was in line with other quotes.

Shower door installation went off without a hitch. Price quoted was excellent and they were very knowledgable. Vanity mirror installation was much more difficult. I had to have the mirror replaced 3 times to finally get it right. While this was frustrating, the people from Glass & Mirror made every possible effort to make sure that in the end I was completely satisfied. The problems that necessitated the vanity mirror being replaced 3 times were not the fault of Glass & Mirror, but rather stemmed from, in the first case, a flaw in the mirror, and in the second case, a small misalignment of the mirror over the electrical box that resulted in cracks appearing after several days. The installers were great and very conscientious. They showed up on time and did great work. I am sure that Glass & Mirror found the situation as frustrating as I did but they really stood behind their work, and in the end, got it right. It is getting more and more difficult these days to find contractors that are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. The folks at Glass & Mirror still adhere to the integrity of business practices that were once the backbone of America's small businesses. I would highly recommend their services! The only improvement I believe this company could make is in the area of customer communications. Given that this is a smaller business with high demand for their services, a certain amount of lag time is understandable, however I think this organization could stand a review of their practices and make some simple improvements that would greatly enhance their business image and the overall customer experience.

I was very pleased from start to finish with every person I interacted with. Barry, came out for the measurement and was very prompt and gave me a quote for exactly what I'd asked, without trying to up sell my on anything. I had a few options to choose from and I elected for the nicest option because it came with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. Waited about 10 days. Door came in, was installed the same week by Brandon and a Helper who made things look very easy. Glass and Mirror Inc. left a very nice care package (cleaning solution, and towels) for maintenance down the road. The door gives my bathroom a real custom, professional look. Good work guys!

This is our 2nd shower we have used Glass and Mirror. Great value and excellent service

I was VERY disappointed in the responsiveness of this service provider. The original in-home quote was completed on-time, professionally, and with no issues. After that, responsiveness of the service person was completely unacceptable. To simply get the quote, I had to call them many multiple times, leaving messages with no reply's. I called the home office and the service person mobile number, but with zero luck for over a week. I ultimately had to talk with management to finally get an accurate quote and to get returned a couple of shelves I left with the service person back to my home. Not to mention the quote came in at a cost that ended up being 40% more expensive than one of their local competitors that I ended up going with. The attitude from the manager was also non-apologetic on my situation, in fact I got a tone like I was being a bother . . . . which is ridiculous considering my main complaint was ZERO reply's from the service person - which is 100% true and unacceptable. Not happy.

Ed came from the office to look and measure shower. Ed was very knowledgeable about shower doors. Install went great. Cleaned up area, informed us about Eduru Shield registration, told us how to clean glass. Install went very well.
