Exellent treatment. They arrived when they said they would. They performed the job they said they would at the price they quoted. They were very courteous and professional.

I used a groupon, They were prompt, but hurried. Very professional, I had emptied out our entire living rooms furniture, a full days of work in preparation, as well as all of the furniture out of two childresn rooms. I did leave one small 30 pound couch in the basement (my 3 year old child can slide it around). I was told by the techs that they do not move any furniture because this a groupon. That logic escapes me, if you are purchasing a normal service for 1/2 price you should receive the full priced service. Otherwise it is not really half price. There work was acceptable, not sure what the scothcgaurd application was, it took no more than 2 minutes to cover 250sf and stairs. After paying for the 2 extra rooms the cost was at industry standard and not really a savings, plus the 2 extra rooms had about 40sf that they actually cleaned, quite the scam.

They showed up exactly on time and cleaned my stairs going over it 3 times and got out all the stains and dirt from 8 years of not having them professionally cleaned. Cleaned the living room to like new with 2 years of not cleaning professionally. They were in and out quickly and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied and will use them again in the future.

We were really pleased with the Carpet Clean staff. They gave us a prompt and well-priced estimate, arrived 5 minutes early (!) and did a quick and thorough job. They put things under furniture legs to avoid any humidity damage to the furniture and to avoid stains to the newly cleaned carpets. There was still one small older stain that hadn't come out, so they came back and applied a few different alternatives at no extra cost. We'll certainly be contracting them again.

I think they did a good job and I like that they didn't try to pressure us to add more services.

We called and spoke with Deb. We think she is the owner. She quoted a price over the phone and it seemed good. We were impressed with the way she treated us. She was very courteous. They said they would call when they are on their way. They are supposed to be here between 8-8:30. The bedrooms are additional and they are $18 each. The price seemed reasonable. They put us on hold when we called for a coupe of minutes and then she picked up.

Their price is very good. I have not been able to find anyone that could compete with their price. They are very punctual and they are always very friendly. They are very thorough. They are really nice to work with. Our carpet is 11 years old and it looks so good when they do the work and leave. We are very pleased with them. They also referred me to someone who can stretch my carpet and he did a great job. They have a good work team relationship. I would definitely use their service in the future too.

They seemed to do a good job and cleaned the place well. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They are quick, do a good job and the price is right. They will also come back if there is an area you feel a traffic area didn't get done well enough and do it again for free. I've used them yearly for the last 4 years and I've been happy with them. The carpets always clean. I have a dog so there are those kinds of things and the previous owner had a cat, they helped with that.

The representative on the phone was very courteous. She gave me a price and they stuck to it. They came on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They pre-spotted areas where the cats had wet on. What I like best was that after it dryed a few days later a couple spots still had urine smell on them. I called the company and they were more than happy to come back and work on it again at my convenience and in a timely manner. They came back, free of charge, redid those spots and that not only took care of the odor BUT after that a few time the cats wet in the same spot but there was NO odor. Whatever they used neutralized the spot so well that it is still working 7 months later! Also, the neutralizer did not have a strong odor just a pleasant mild smell. I am very sensitive to odors and it was fine for me.

I have been using them over the years. They have a good reputation. I would definitely use them again.

They called early during the proposed window of time, and were finished within an hour and a half. The carpets all looked great, and after leaving the fans running as they suggested, our floors were almost dry within 6 hours, and totally dry after 24 hours. Very professional and good work- thanks!

I was very satisfied. They quoted me the correct price over the phone and that's what I paid. They didn't try to sell me any additional products or services over the phone or once they got here. I told them I wanted the carpet cleaned and the lounge chair over the phone, but then noticed the day they were coming the sofa needed it too. They seem to be a bit more reasonably priced than some places, and they have Saturday service (I found out a lot of carpet cleaners don't). And I feel they did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when I need service or recommend to someone else. The carpet dried within 4-6 hours as I was told and it looks nicer and feels nicer on my feet than it ever has.

They were able to squeeze our job in on short notice, showed up on time, and worked carefully and quickly.

The estimate given to me over the phone was honored and the carpet cleaner spent time explaining problem stains I had and how to prevent future stains with treating with scotch-guard treatment. They were able to get many stains out, even a stain from candle wax. Unfortunately, not all of the stains would come out, but they warned me beforehand. I will definitely call them back again!

They showed up on time and it was approximately what was estimated over the phone. The quality was good. There was an area with a stain and they spot cleaned that. The chair was really yucky and they got it much cleaner. I don't know what others would charge for the same work.

First of all they find out what we want. Then they tell us the price of each thing ahead of time. I had a spot on the carpet and they said it would bring up some of the soil from underneath. They said we could call them and that they would reclean the area. I called them back to have some of the spots that were not cleaned properly done again. They very cheerfully came back right away and redid everything even more just to make sure that it was very clean. The prices were very good and as expected. They were very cheerful and did their job well. They were also very careful about what they did. The quality of their work was very good. I will be calling them again tomorrow to set up an appointment to clean the carpets.

When calling for bids on the job they were very friendly and helpful. Theirs was the lowest of the three bids I received. The crew arrived on time after calling us ahead of time to report they were on the way. We had removed small items from the rooms but they moved all the large furniture when cleaning. After cleaning they replaced everything back in its original position and placed a vinyl 4x4 sheet under each leg. They left additional sheets for when we replaced end tables. For items with large amounts of wood contacting the carpet they used blocks of Styrofoam to raise it up off the carpet. They were exceptionally neat, courteous and very helpful, explaining how to enhance the drying process. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do the next carpet cleaning job.

The quality of the cleaning was excellent, except that the carpet took a long time to dry. They said it would dry in 8 - 12 hours. After 36 hours, some parts were still damp. The estimated cleaning time was 1-1/2 hours, but they completed the job in an hour.

Shawn and his crew have cleaned carpeting for us a number of times. They always do a great job and are even able to remove stains and spots that other companies have said couldn't be removed. They are always courteous and very friendly and they do a great job. We're used them before and we will use them again.

Like their website says, honest, punctual, competitively priced, no upcharges. The two sons of the owners did a good job.

It normally takes them about an hour to do the work. I call them to make an appointment. I will use them again because they really do a nice job.

I have used this company several times. I found them through a newspaper article. They are flexible in scheduling. I liked that after they do the work, the carpet maintains a good appearance for a long time.

They did a great job. They were polite and through. They did quality work and the price was reasonable for the work that they did. I would recommend them and use them again.
