I have used this company once before for carpet that was already in great shape with no stains, so it was an easy job. I have referred this company to several people since. I recently contacted CarpetClean to clean carpet at a townhome we just bought in Blaine and what rude, pathetic, and unprofessional experience that turned out to be. I asked the owner what time they cleaned carpets until, because we are only available after 4:30pm. He literally and angrily was insisting that we have our carpets cleaned at 7:30am. I told him that we are working at that time and will not be available in the mornings and he upsettingly said that we can have a family member or neighbor be at our home to let them in. I told him we just moved in and we do not know our neighbors and we have no family that lives in this area at all. The owner got more upset and rude than he already was as he was trying to force me to have our carpets cleaned at 7:30am. He then told me that carpet cleaning is a labor intensive very hard job to do and didn't want his guys or himself to have to clean our carpets after 4:30pm. I had to tell him that I actually cleaned carpets professionally for over 7 years and that it WAS NOT labor intensive very hard work to do. It's the exact opposite! I also had to tell him that I cleaned carpets 6 days a week from 8am to 8pm....I also had to remind him I live Blaine, exactly where his business is located. Very rudely and angrily he said he would have to put me on a waiting list and has absolutely no idea when they can clean our carpets. The owner of this business is a pathetic, rude, unprofessional person. I know I will never use this business or refer this company again!!

I have used this company for carpet cleaning for nearly 20 years and have always found them to do great work. Prices are on par with others. Very professional people. My mom also used them recently, and the carpet looked like new when they were done. This time I hired them to do cleaning of bare basement floor because there was too much dirt/dust after remodeling and drain tile installation to go down my household drain if I scrubbed/mopped it myself, and a shop vac would not fully do the trick. It came out looking much better and ready to have carpet installed now.

I've used Carpet Clean about every 18 months for several years now. When I first looked for a carpet cleaner, I called around and I found Carpet Clean was $50-$100 less than everyone else. I've always been satisfied. The carpet is always cleaned. The carpet isn't sopping wet - it dries by evening. I don't know what I would get by calling a more expensive company? I doubt anything. They have been in business 28 years. They usually send out Shawn and Ryan but Alan was here once too- the fact employees seem to stay suggests they are quality people and are fairly treated. I don't shop around or call anyone else- when it comes time to clean the carpet I call Carpet Clean.

only cleaned the middle of the room. When I went to move the furniture, they seemed unhappy. The price was about 30% higher than the first time. They left a spot in the bed room uncleaned.

I have used them for years. Excellent job always. Very dependable.

They were ok. Not great, but ok. I think they could have worked more on the heavily trafficked areas than they did.

I was thrilled with the service. From making the appointment with Alan over the phone, to getting the service performed. Alan put me on a wait list for a sooner weekend opening, and then worked with my schedule to help me fit into an opening that came up. Alan gave me a good estimate, and explained how the detailed quote would come when the techs arrived. They came within their 2 hour window on a Saturday, and had given me a call 20 minutes before arriving -- very helpful for my schedule. The techs were experienced (one had over 17 years with this company), curteous (took off their shoes, were respectful of my home, and careful, worked non-stop and got the job done well and effeciently. I asked, after the job was done, how 'bad' my ducts were, and they told me that, honestly, they weren't that bad overall, except for one particular area. I appreciated the honest feedback. I would have no concerns about hiring this group again for duct work, or carpet cleaning, considering the experience I had. The only constructive criticism I could offer is that the floor registers were put back opposite of how I had them (deflector was pointing towards the wall, and I had them pointing towards the room). This was easy for me to fix (simply rotate). Overall, I was very pleased, and would absolutely use them again, and recommend them without hesitation.

Technicians were on time and friendly. However, I requested additional cleaning for cat urine. They used a type of and quot;disinfectantand quot; that didn't really do the trick. (I know cat urine is not easy to remove and expected the first cleaning might not do the trick). I paid extra for the disinfectant treatment expecting the entire sofa would be treated, but they only applied it to the half of the sofa! It seems he decided that they only needed to put it on the half that smelled the worst. They seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I will definitely use another service next time.

We were able to make an appointment very quickly, they arrived within the time frame they said they would, and were helpful in answering questions. They moved couches to clean underneath and put everything back where it belonged. Carpet looks great.

I had read the excellent reviews here and in Twin Cities Checkbook. They are all true.Set up time we wanted with one phone call. They called us when they were on the way and arrived right on time. Two pleasant young men who worked their butts off! Very efficient, one prespraying spots, the other doing the cleaning. Moved couch, loveseat, chairs, dining room table, etc, to clean underneath. Did the walking areas in the bedrooms for half the usual room price. Took a little over an hour all told. Could not be more pleased with the results. We have an older carpet and had a couple of old cats -- bad combination. But Carpet Clean got stains out that 2-3 previous cleaners could not get! These guys are good! Even better yet, no high pesssure to get stain protector or any of that BS. They came in, did the job, thanked us, and left. And the price is very reasonable.

They were willing to work with me on my schedule and it was quite varied. They did come when I wasn't home but the person that let them in said they were very professional and efficient. They had a bit of a problem with some stains in the family room that were here when we moved in. I think that their pricing was competitive and their quality was excellent

This is the 2nd time I've used them. They are less expensive than almost everyone else - I checked it out last time. They also have Saturday service and many places don't. They don't charge you more if they find a spot. They do an excellent job. I have no need to ever call anyone else for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

We are going to be selling our house and needed rooms cleaned. We called them on a MOnday and asked if we could get rooms cleaned on Thursday and they told us that would be no problem. They gave us our choice of times and they were punctual. They worked h****** a couple of trouble spots with great results.
