Description of Work: Two of my friends have used Carpet Clean and were very pleased. I called yesterday and spoke with Allen and was booked for the next morning. I have extreme sensitivity to chemicals and he assured me that they use a biodegradeable product. I was scheduled between 9-12, they arrived around 10am. The son of the owner gave me suggestions regarding the sun exposure and my carpet as well as using throw rugs by the sliding door and which type of backing to make sure it did not have. He looked at my rugs to make sure they did not have the type of backing he was referring to. He indicated that the sun causes a yellowing where the rugs lay. He said to allow about 6 hours for the rugs to dry. I came home after 4 and they were mostly dry except in a few areas where I turned the fans to. I was so impressed with the way Allen accommodated my schedule, their adhering to my sensitivty [his son did not use freshener spray as he was aware of my requests], and the price. I was not able to get one of my rooms cleaned and will certainly use them again for that as well as my couch. I will support the independent business person especially one with the integrity of these folks.

+ -1 moreVery nice on the phone when scheduling. Guys who came out were nice, quite young. Moved a few pieces of furniture that I asked them to move, otherwise cleaned around the heavy stuff. This is the first time I have ever hired carpet cleaners (just bought the house and previously had hard wood floors) We didn't have any major stains or anything - so a fairly routine clean I think.
Description of Work: Had carpet in 7 rooms cleaned and 3 of these areas scotch guarded.

When I wanted to add the air duct cleaning later to my original carpet cleaning appointment, Deb made sure that their senior person came to my home since my ducts had not been cleaned in 15+ years. This meant I had to wait a day until he returned from vacation, but they wanted to do it right. The staff who cleaned the carpets/vents were very professional. They arrived and finished when they said they would. They also moved the furniture as needed for the job.
Description of Work: Cleaned all wall-to-wall carpeting and cleaned dryer air duct.

Description of Work: I needed to have all carpeted areas of my townhouse cleaned. Two technicians from Carpetclean Professional Cleaning arrived early, which worked out better for my schedule. The crew did a thorough, high-quality job. I was very pleased with Carpetclean's work, and I recommend them to others. I would definitely use this company again for future carpet cleaning.
