I was very happy with the window cleaning job that AAA did. They were sparkling clean and the owners were very efficient.

AAA-Anderson's Cleaning was able to schedule our chimney cleaning and inspection very promptly after I made the request. It turned out there was some work that needed to be done on our chimney. Again, they were very quick to fit us in and I was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get the work done and how they did the work. They cleaned the chimney properly, from the top. They removed and cleaned the chimney cap and discovered that it was clogged. They then cleaned the chimney liner and cap and reassembled the chimney. We are very happy with the results. The fireplace insert, which we use every day for supplemental heating, works great again.

On Saturday I noticed my dryer vent was extremely clogged- to the point I really felt that I had a fire hazard. I thought I better deal with it immediately so submitted my information to Service Magic on Saturday afternoon. John called immediately after receiving my information on Saturday and offered to come out Sunday morning. I was extremely grateful and relieved. He was courteous and very thorough. There were several issues with my vent and john and his wife, Kim came back again on Tuesday to complete repairs. I am very happy with their service professional, friendly and my dryer has NEVER run so well.

These follks are professionals and know how to solve a problem. Our gas insert to the fireplace stopped working when the cold air intake had a birds nest that was built in the chimney. It is all working fine now thanks to AAA-Anderson.

Even though I was unable to have them come out and clean my chimney, I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and understanding after the situation which had occured. Another company had, from my understanding, set up their appointment with me not knowing, and never stated they were not affiliated with this company. AAA was understanding, as my chimney was already cleaned before I realized these two companys were not associated together. I will be using AAA in the future.

Very kind and courteous. Husband and wife team called before arriving, was on time, worked on both fireplaces and cleaned up when complete. They also took time to teach me about my fireplaces, and recommended cleaning products that I can use myself. I will certainly be calling them for any other service needs I have.
