I hired Anderson to analyze some unusual sounds being made by my fridge. They made varying diagnoses and replaced various parts, but the sounds continued. I hired a technician recommended by the manufacturer. The technician informed me that the manufacturer considered the sounds normal and explained in great detail why they could only be mitigated but not removed. When informed of this in a polite, professional voicemail, Anderson refused to respond and stopped taking my calls. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Anderson contested my dispute, arguing a that a service ( which was again, worthless) had been performed and that they should be paid. So, to summarize, they did not have the necessary expertise to educate me about the problem or address the problem, they did unnecessary work, they insisted that I pay for it and they refused to acknowledge their mistakes.

Overall very professional and they did a good job cleaning the vents. I didn't realize there was an additional $100 charge to have the main trunk line cleaned so that was a surprise, but wanted the entire vent system cleaned so I paid the additional money. They also offered to cleaned my dry vent while there for $50 so I had that done as well. While the inside of the dryer looked great, the vent on the outside of the house had a lot of lent built up/clogged. I was able to just reach in and pull out the build up lent. I don't know how well the dryer vent was actually cleaned since there was that build up. Once I pulled out the lent and turned on the drying the air flow seemed to work much better.

John and Sean were timely and very professional when they came to clean my dryer vent. They were especially good at explaining how they would be cleaning the vent - they also identified that my vent was disconnected and made the needed repair. I also had them do both of my gas fireplaces and I felt confident with their thorough approach. I will definitely use them again!

Very neat...our gas fireplace had soot on the inside glass that required a difficult removal of the front of the opening of the fireplace. They removed the glass, cleaned it throughly and also checked on the pilot. They added more "glow" material as well to make it appear as if more embers were burning. Great job, neat and professional.

Good service

The two gentlemen that came were on time and very nice. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. I ended up purchasing through Groupon because it was cheaper than what they quoted me, and I was a little bummed they didn't say they had a special. I realize they are running a business so...oh well.

Guys that came were nice guys however, I don't think the job that was performed was great. My allergies are worse then before they came and cleaned the ducts. I was hoping they could get the previous owners pets hair and dander out of the ducts. All the duct cleaning did was push all the pet hair/dander out of the vents upstairs down through the lower level vents. Next time I will spend the extra dollars and get a better quality job done.

Their scheduling was good (they had openings a few days out).
