Very nice, right on time. Called me before he came to let me know he was coming so I did not need to take any extra time off work. Showed me everything with my chimney. Did not try to up sell me on things I did not need. Gave me extra information on what I need to do to keep my chimney up.

John and his colleague did a great job. They worked cleanly and quickly and explained what they were doing. Upon completion John gave me an overview of how the furnace looked. I plan on recommending AAA Anderson to many people.
