I had them sweep my chimney. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly.

AAA Anderson was a wonderful company to have come into my home to clean my furnace ducts. They were about half the cost of the competition. They were friendly and professional. They had the whole job done in about 1 1/2 hours. They left everything the way it was before they came in minus the dirt! When they were finishing up the job they found a filter still wrapped in plastic in my furnace. It was not suppost to be there and could have caused major problems. To my knowledge it had been in the furnace since the house was built in 1999. I had called Service Plus 3 times prior and they never found the problem. I HIGHLY recommend AAA Anderson's!

John was great! He answered all my quesions and offered additional information I didn't even think to ask about. He didn't try to upsell me to the rotary cleaning even though that's what I initially thought I would need. He was able to come out at my convenience, showed up on time, was professional and courteous. Did a great job as far as I can tell.

John and Kim run this outfit as a family. They came in, took a look at the system and said "yep, that'll be 1.5 hours to do" A simple run down of the charges, a quick once-over of the process and they started on their merry way. The work was complete within an hour and a half. The vents are clean and the dryer vent is clear. Simple, quick and efficient. Good work all around.
