Anderson's Mechanical Services LLC, offers services through out the twin cities area. We are a family owned business since 1999. We deliver unsurpassed professionalism, expertise, and value. Call us today! 651-784-2150 We schedule an 3 hour arrival time and give a courtesy call 20-30 minutes prior to arriving. We do schedule by the area you reside, not by the time frame period. We schedule M-F 9-11,10-1, 11-2,12-3,1-4, or last 2-5 arrival times. On Saturdays we schedule 9-11,10-1,11-2,12-3 or last 1-4 arrival times.

Call ahead was done, contractor was on time, cleaning occurred during stated time. Contractor was very thorough, told us what they were doing and why, recommended we clean our drying and vents as well for an additional nominal cost, good suggestions on how to increase efficiency including the right furnace filter, how to control furnace dampers, add additional dampers, etc. Very impressed with service and follow through, and very reasonably priced! A breath of fresh air in the day of marginal customer service.

I was disappointed in the service. They did not clean out the vent on the floor. My husband had to get the shop vacumn out to vacumn out about 5 inches of accumulated soot in this vent. They did not clean the glass on the fireplace. I needed to finish that. They were here a very short time, I was on a phone call upstairs my husband was here. I had some questions and they were gone before I came down. Probbaley 20 to 25 minutes max here. We did have a broken handle on the top vent andwhen I called to question how to fix it he was not sure what I w as talking about. How did they inspect the chimeny and not see that. or even call it to
