I was very impressed with the service I received from AAA Anderson's. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. They immediately knew what the problem was, ran across town to pick up a part and then returned and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I will keep their business card nearby for any future issues. Thanks ServiceMagic for the recommendation.

I have told just about everyone about these guys. I'm not sure if those that I've told have used them but I certainly would have them out again. Super friendly people!

I was not here when John and wife Kim arrived but my husband said that the replacement of the stove top went well...took about an hour. John re connected all the wires on the stove top and made sure all the burners and oven were working before leaving. The stove top looks perfect and everything is working fine.

They were both very professional and friendly. They replaced 2 parts that could have been causing the issue with my fridge (at a very reasonable price). However, this did not solve the problem and AAA Anderson came back out the next weekend, free of charge, to investigate further. There they found what could have been the root cause (a hairline opening in the copper tubing connected to the fridge). They did refer us to another individual that deals with freon, but he didn't service our area. All in all, I would recommend AAA Anderson, and I will definitely contact them first if I need help again.

John and Kim were excellent. The service and quality was perfect. They were very informative, punctual and knowledgeable. They came out to perform the service and when they couldnt get the part that same day, they returned the next to fix it without charging me additionl service call or labor costs. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt, courteous, knowledgable and reasonably priced. They were the lowest priced I found and yet quickly found the problem and fixed it. I would hire them again for future needs in our home.
