I was very pleased with this service. I have to get my dryer vent and fireplace inspected every year. I think I will be back next year. Very nice people working here and the fireplace inspection was free!

He called me immediately to offer his service. He was able to meet at my home the same week. He was on time, and was able to fix the problem after going out to purchase the proper parts.

the contractor, it was a husband/wife team they were absolutely excellent/professional and courteous just superb in every way. I would recommend them to my family and I would use them again if I had the need.

Not only did they help diagnosis the problem over the phone they gave enough information for me to order the parts on my own to lower my out of pocket costs. They called to let me know they were en route, were on time, finished the job very quickly then with the extra time left over helped me save money with changing settings on the unit. They also helped with other projects I have completed to ensure I had completed them correctly. Would definately use them again.

They were very good. They were on time and had the chimney cleaned in less than an hour. Of course they did recommend a couple of extra things to be done- but they were things that were needed (e.g. installing a chimney cap). They were so great, I hired them to do those extra jobs. I would definitely recommend them.
