Two men came to inspect our chimneys. They were efficient and thorough and did the job for the price they quoted. We did not need any repairs so have no opinion on the quality of workmanship.

Prior cleanings have been done from both the top of the chimney and bottom. They only cleaned from the fireplace opening and not the top of the chimney. Not sure that is as effective however they seem to have done a good job.

They were prompt and very prepared to take care of any problem. They completed the repair in 20 minutes and had my dryer up and running. Paid by credit card before they left and received a detailed invoice via email. Betty happy with the service, but you do get what you pay for.
