John called me right back after sending him an online request, he came out on Saturday morning to fix my dryer, he didnt have the part that he needed so he ordered it online, and came back that Tuesday morning to install the new part before I went to work. Overall a great company to work with!

John & Kim were very friendly, professional, and on time as scheduled. Once they arrived they went right to work and didn't wasted any time cleaning the chimneys and installing the chimney caps. They were also very knowledgeable about their work and informed me that there were no additional problems with the chimneys on the inside or outside which was very comforting to me to know. I plan to use them for future work that they do and will highly recommmend them to family and friends when the chance comes up. Very quick. Found the problem got the part and fixed my refridgerator within an hour. Rates seemed reasonable, however I haven't had previous work done to compare rates.

One air duct vent had no air flow at all after their cleaning. They denied its their fault at beginning. Then demend a $45 fee to come over to check the problem. After we threnten to report them to Service Magic, they agreed to come over without a fee. And eventually never come and never answer our calls since. We had other professionals checked the porblem, finding duct to the vent was totally disconnected. It has to be fixed by cutting our wood floor open. So far, the company refuse to answer our calls. I would not use the company anymore for sure.

Did a good job. My one complaint was I was told it would be $80 to come out and then $25 for a belt for a total of $105 as that sounded like the problem. But when he came out it turned out it was the motor that was bad on my dryer. I was to that was $180 for that. I thought that was the total price and I agreed to that. When the job was done I found out that was for the part and I still had the $80 to pay as well. That was not made clear to me that what he quoted was only for the part. I still would have had it fixed but it would have been nice to have the total price quoted to me. Nice people

I visited with John on the phone and he was very helpful. Once he had the fireplaced clean we made phone contact again and what was nice was he recommended something that I need but did not try and push something that I did not need. I would recommend him and Kim to everyone.
