Kim called within minutes of my service request and we set up an apppointment for their next available time (a little more than a week out). The day of the appt they were completely accomodating of my schedule. My original request was for chimney and furnace duct cleaning. After inspection, it was suggested that we add the clothes dryer and hot water heater to the list - great suggestions that I hadn't thought about but they both definitely needed cleaning. Everything was done in an hour - quick, professional and courteous.

One of the workers smelled awful when he came into our home. My wife was here for them and she questioned even letting them in. The bill says they did the rotobrush, which I paid more for but my wife said she never saw them use a brush, just an air hose. I put my hand up in the main trunk at the furnace and there is still debris in the duct. My wife was home for them and said she has no idea how well they did because they didn't show her what came out of the duct. I called AAA with my concerns and got no response. I am a General Contractor. I try subs on my home first. I would not use AAA for any of my customers

I was so pleased with them that I passed their name along to my realtor to share with her cohorts and to the new owners of our house for any repair needs they may have in the future. I was very pleased with the service and happy to support a small, local business.

I didn't have direct contact with them. They did some repair at our rental property but they seem to do a good job working with the tenants and keeping me informed.

On time, very polite, low cost and honest (didn't try to fix more then was needed). We had to call back on one appliance and they came back out and found the other problem with it right away and fixed it for no additional labor charge. So far everything is going well.

The dryer repair was done the same day I called and was done quickly. The solution was pretty well known so there wasn't a lot of diagnostics that were needed. They came with the correct part, slapped it in, and we were good to go.
