They were on time, quick, and explained what they saw up the chimney (it was dirty but no rust or damage). They use synthetic brushes so that the metal of the piping is less likely to be damaged in cleaning.

Kim contacted me within 15 minutes of submitting my request through Service magic and the second fireplace cleaning at 50% cost was definitely what sold me on using them. They called 15 minutes before they arrived and were within the time frame that we had scheduled. They were very informative regarding what was being done, and what I can do to make the best use of my fireplaces. They did recommend some new products to reduce cold air coming in when the fireplace is not in use, but were not pushy regarding any of their services. Very polite and easy to work with.

They responded quickly, completed the job fast and with no mess left. I had them look for a squirel that got caught down my chimney and they put a cap on the chimney where there wasn't one before. They also filled in the cracks we had in the firebox at my request. The work was very professional and we've been enjoying our fireplace ever since.

Two serivce men showed up to my house on time. I recieved a call from John to confirm I was home and that the service men would be on their way. They were fast and efficient, left my living room clean and gave me a few suggestion on how to do some simple repairs on my firplace. They were in and out in about 15 minutes.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful with teaching me the basics of the use of my fireplace as well as my dryer vent and furnace. He did a terrific job on all of my cleaning projects.
